thank you bro! Im really looking forward to the upcoming weeks..Im only like 30% into this cycle so far..I have a real good feeling about the rest of it. Come week 17 I want to look like a different person.
 
Day 35 -- End of Week 5

WEIGHT: Weighed in at 182 today, still a 7 pound gain total. Gained no weight this week, so I guess I'm just not eating enough..I mean Im getting well over 4k a day, but fuck I'm gonna bump it up, I started yesterday picking up the cals, Im throwing in a lot of foods that I wasn't eating, like pork, a couple PB&J's (thanks to massive), now drinking 2 homemade shakes a day, and those fuckers are filled with calories. I even threw in some fired rice..I know not the healthiest but loaded with cals.
I really wanna get to about 195, but I just dont wanna get sloppy.

VASCULARITY: Nothing special

STRENGTH: Strength seems to go up almost every workout.. It's weird though certain exercises have increased a lot, while others really havent moved as much. For example my Bench Increased a lot but In proportion my squat is no where near it.

SIDES: Nothing new to report, but this fucking acne is driving me crazy..I never had it like this before, and I'm trying so hard to keep it under control. I shower 2-3x daily, oxy pads, cetaphil, Iv even been tanning, hell I look like I'm fresh off the jersey shore sometimes lol. I ordered some tetracyline ointments, so Im hoping that kills it, and if not accutane it is.

Im feeling a lot better from my cold I had this week, still lingering but not affecting my W/O's or diet.
I am going to be changing a few things up in my cycle, I will add them in the first post, I will be using Sustanon (sust) from here on out, finishing with prop, and adding TBol at 60mg week 10-13.
 
lookin good bro! keep it up! and yeh, i agree with the other guys...... eat some more FOOD! if you don't care about a little bloat then fuckin' do it! You don't have to eat SUPER clean while bulking. Granted, don't go and chow down at chilis or mcdonalds, but by all means, enjoy some food!
 
keeping it..If anything I'v upped the dose a bit, 2.4 ml of test and about 1.6 of deca so it's more like 600mg test and 400mg deca/week. I really liked the TBol I ran last cycle, Beleive it or not I thought the Var/TBol combo actually felt stronger than the Dbol I ran, so I decided to throw it in for 4 weeks starting week 10.
Well it's 1 o clock and Im still eating lol Peace!
 
man i went to the dermatologist and they gave me some pills that cleared me up wuite well and its only been a week, might wanna look into it.

be sure it doesn't scar..... i have some bad scars on my back from a stupid pro hormone cycle i ran a few yrs back. fucked my back up BAD!!!!!!!
 
Day 42 -- End of week 6

WEIGHT: Weighed in at 179 today, makes the entire gain so far only 4lbs. I had trouble with my diet this week. I messed a few days up, and didn't get enough calories, but damn, I didn't think I woulda lost 2 lbs from it.

VASCULARITY: Arm vascularity is good, nothing crazy though

STRENGTH: Strength is pretty steady, didn't increase any lifts this week, but Im up quite a bit since week 1.

SIDES: No sides to speak of

obviouslt it was a waste of fucking money, and I doubt they actually even tested my urine.

My results said negative for everything, which is obviously bullshit, first off my nuts shrunk lol, so that tells you somthing right there, but I had bloods done last test cycle and my total t was 1400, so It woulda came up from that being it was only 2 months ago.
Anyways moral of the story don't buy that fucking at home shit, cause it's gotta be a scam. I wanna send them a bomb!

I honestly feel like my body just doesn't wanna hold any more weight, and Im having a super fucking hard time getting over 185. This is a seriouse plataue for me.

I mean I weighed 120lbs out of HS, and just for shits and giggles heres a pic that was taken june 12 2006. This was my first month of lifting, I was 124lbs lol
compare it to the back shots in my previouse posts and you'll see what I mean. I just don't know how to get over this hump, If anyone has any suggestions please go ahead and throw em out there!

honestly bro-if you know for sure your eating enough here is what i would do

eat more cals-even if you have to eat mash potatoes pasta pizza-as long as you getting enough protein-fill up on carbs-even simple ones.

up the test to 750

deca to 500

thats just what i would do-if i knew i was doing everything else right.

i dont know what your training routine but you HAVE to focus on deads and squats.
 
I'm going to focus more on squats. I don't deadlift, because I fucked my lower back a few months back, and it's really weak because of it. If I deadlift really light like 135-185lbs would it still be effective?

I am going to up the test tommorow, but hold off on the deca for now.
And the thing is, I have been eating "dirtier" Im going to estimate my caloric intake at about 4500-4800 daily
My ultimate goal is to be 200 and cut, but I'd rather gain the weight slow and stay lean, then gain it fast and get sloppy.
I know if I eat anything I could get in 6k-7k, but Im trying to decide if the fat that's going to come with that makes it worth it.
 
honestly bro if your not gaining-i dont think you will gain fat by upping cals-while on the sauce that is-and if you do it would be minute at best
 
DAY 46

I started Turinabol today at 60mg/d
I really liked T-Bol last cycle, and I had good gains with it.
I have enough for 27 days.

I also started HCG at 300iu/e3d a week ago.
I took my third shot today, and I must say I notice a definate increase in libido so far, but no increase in nut size, the sex drive is feeling amazing though.

I weighed in at 180 today.

Its weird because im only up 5lbs this cycle, but when I look in the mirror I feel real big.
I dont think I even lost any BF, but maybe my body composition seems to be changing a tiny bit, and I'm really liking the way it looks.

edit: last week or so, im feeling sensitivity under my nipples. nothing major but if I press on them the hurt. Does that sounds like gyno-like symptoms?
Im still taking 12.5mg aromasin eod. Should I up it?

I also upped my test to 800mg/week. Started last shot.

I haven't followed this cycle exactly the way I had planned gear wise, but fuck it sometimes you gotta make adjustments. I will do my best to change the cycle outline in my first post to show what I am running more accuratly.

Day 55

This cycle's really not shaping up like I hoped it would.

I started a new job last week, and It's just not possible for me to get the calories I need to get on 3 days.
The best I am able to do is go to the bathroom for a minute and down a half a turkey sandwich 2 or 3 times a day, then I get my 1 lunch break.
Really blows, but this cycle is going to end up turning into more of a body recomposition type of cycle. I am going to try to maintain the same weight, maybe get to about 185 and drop a few points off the BF.

Aside from that Im on my 9th day of TBol, and my strength is the best it's been so far. I really like this compund, and I'v noticed a nice strength gain the last day or 2, and My vascularity is also the best it's been so far.

At this point Im just going to clean the diet up, and try to lean out while maintaining all my muscle.
I also dropped the deca last week, as I really don't have much of a need for it now.

I weighed in at 179lbs today.
 
DAY 57

On my 11th day of TBol, and I'v gotta saay I fucking love this shit.
For some reason this compund feels so much stronger than anything else I ran. To me it's stronger than the test, deca and the dbol, weird right?

I broke all my PR's in the gym tonight. My strength is wayyy up in the last few days, and my vascularity is looking better than I'v ever seen it before. Not sure what it is about TBol, but it really agrees with me.

I weighed in at 181lbs.

Anyways week 8 is in the books, and today starts week 9.
I tweaked my shoulder a bit a few days ago so I haven't lifted chest in the last week, but Im going to try to get it in on saterday, and Im really looking forward to see how my bench has increased since starting TBol.

yup I'v been taking 2 shots of Sustanon (sust), then I take 1 shot test e. I have about 5ml test e left then it's Sustanon (sust) from here on out.

I feel the horniness, and aggresion, and that part feels great.
Honestly though, I think I don't respond well to test in general. Before I ever cycled my test levels were around 900, and I think that has a huge thing to do with it. I feel like my bodies maybe already used to high levels of test, and I feeel like I might need a ridiculouse amount to make a big difference.

My buddy actually has a couple extra vials of Tren A, and Im thinking of running it at 70mg EOD for the next 6 weeks.
I know this cycle has had a lot of compounds in it, but I feeel like since this cycle is going to be such a long one, I might as well go all out and make it worth it. I really want to get as much out of this as I can because I plan on taking a good 6 months off after this one.

The only reason I'm a little hesitant is because I have small painful lumps under my nipples. I am taking 12.5mg Aromasin ED, and they haven't seemed to get better.
I think the tren might aggrivate it more, so Im still thinking whether or not I want to go for it.
