Definatly excited bro..and there's no doubt it's a great feeling! I swear every time I leave the gym, all I can think about is getting back in there the next day.
 
DAY 16

WEIGH IN - 178lbs---still up a total of 3lb, the same as end of week 1.
I am going to be upping calories by about 500 a day, and I'm not going to be too concerned about the quality of food anymore. All I'v been eating is fish chicken steak brown rice, veggies and sweet potatoes. About 3700-4k a day. I am going to dirty it up a bit and shoot for 4500. I gotta pack on the pounds.

Had a good back, bi's workout today.. I'm noticing I'm a bit stronger, and I'm starting to increase the lifts a bit.
On pull-ups today I did 4 sets of 12 reps. Usually by the 3rd and 4th set I fade out and only get about 8, but got 12 for all 4 sets today. I also increased my lat pull-down 15lbs to 165lbs. First time I ever went that heavy, and I got 8 reps solid form.
 
DAY 19
Just got back from my workout, and I must say I'm feeeling fucking great!
Honestly I didn't notice much the first 2 weeks, but over the last 2 or 3 days I'm really noticing some good strength gains!
I hit back today, and usually by set 16 my muscles are super fatigued, but today, I felt so strong, every set was just as heavy as the last.
I did a total of 22 SETS!! (usually do 16)
My Bi's were pretty shot though, so Im gonna throw em in with shoulders tomorrow.

On a side note, I got laid off last week, so now my focus is 100% on my training. I have all the time in the world to eat rest and train.
One thing I'm noticing though, is that It's hard to get as many meals in because I'm waking up at 11-12 instead of 7 lol...guess I just gotta stop being a lazy bastard and get my ass up earlier.
Gonna get a weigh in in a few days. I really hope the scale shows some progress.

Its probably the dbol and mayyybe a little of the test-- deca takes a while to kick in

If I keep gaining strength at this rate the deca better kick in soon to help out the joints.

I thought results from deca could be seen as early as week 4? Correct me if I'm wrong, cause I'm not 100%.

Day 23 -- week 3 in the books

WEIGHT: Weighed in at 181 today, so that makes the total gain 6lbs so far for the cycle.

VASCULARITY: Seemed to bit a bit better first 2 weeks, I guess it's because Im adding some weight.

STRENGTH: My strength has been increasing on most of my lifts, not as much as I though they would, but it's a substantial amount. I have upped all my exercizes, and It feels great when the weights that felt heavy to you the last workout, dont feel as heavy the next.

SIDES: haven't been feeling as aggresive as I did first 2 weeks, I guess I'm leveling out. Acne seems to be subsiding as well.

A big negative happened in the last couple of days though. Im not sure if it's the Deca kicking in or somthing, but lets just say my performance in the sack hasn't been up to par. Im having trouble maintaining the woody more than a few minutes (No Homo), but my sex drive is still good, except now I'm embarrassed, and it REALLY sucks!
what the fuck is going on?? Is it the deca takin over..Im only running 350mg.
I though the test would prevent this.
anyone else had this problem with Deca while running test at the same time, or is it all in my head??

I'd increase your test a little bit bro, but thats IMO. Haha must be good deca, if it's not just in your head. Noticing any joint lubrication/quality mass yet from the deca?

I wouldn't say quality mass yet, buy my joints feel good.
after I increase weights like this I usually feel em, but they've been holdin up pretty good so far.

If your getting deca dick(which might not actually be the case) at 350mg then I might just be fucked lol. I'm starting tomorrow and was going to run 500mg. 350mg is pretty light IMO bro, I assume your test is at 500mg?
 
man I don't even know but FUCK..my test is at 550 right now. I'm gonna bump it up to 650mg next week I think.
Maybe it's in my head, or maybe I'm just sensitive to the deca, but either way I gotta fix this shit.
 
picked up this bangin chick last night too, and don't think I left a great impression

Any one ever got this before with these doses??
Does it fix itself, or get worse as the cycle goes on??

edit: damn, this shits embarrassing to post on the internet..lol imagine how it feels for real!!
 
I think your test should be just starting to kick in, so you can wait and see what happens this week before uping it
