Once again, I beat my last workout in every exercise. Consistent improvement feels fucking awesome. I switched to 50mg D-bol for this last week. Not sure what difference it will make, but just seeing if it brings any sides. My weight is hovering around mid 190's, which puts me at a solid +10 pounds. My abs are slowly getting hidden, but I would guess my bodyfat has only risen 1 or 2 points. Pics soon.

I had a friend visit town and took these days off. I rock climbed one day and did some stretching on the other days. Allowed my hip flexors and back extensors to recover. Although I was probably eating around 3000 calories per day, it was whatever I got my hands on = not the highest quality food. The rest was much needed though.

Wow my numbers shot way up on leg curls and bicep curls. I got higher reps with pulldowns and rows also. Still surprising how consistently I'm gaining strength. My size is showing a little bit. My weight is being stubborn though. Right quad still has pip from pinning 5 days ago. Both delts and left quad do not experience such bad pip, makes me worried about the right quad. I'll probably start pinning glutes soon just to mix it up.

Very pleased with the standing barbell shoulder press! Got up to a full plate on either side, reppin 13!! Feels awesome. I emptied the tank on that, made me hold back on the dumbbell bench presses, I'm okay with that. Leg extensions and tricep pressdowns went up also. Today marks the end of week 4. I will discontinue the D-bol now, and expect the Test to be more noticeable in the next week or so. SO FAR SO GOOD!
