stats: 6'2'' ... starting weight= 240lbs .. 27 years old.. been training for about 2.5 years... AAS = currently cruising 300mg/week
goal: dropping body fat
training: i recently started a new routine a couple weeks ago. due to work schedule and weather (hurricane isaac) it will be as consistant as possible, but may stray here and there so check day by day if interested. looks something like this.
mon- legs , tues- chest , wed- back , thur- delt , fri- arms
usually get in and do 10-15min on treadmill , stretch , and lift for about 45 min.
diet: i have not been counting calories like i should, but i eat pretty clean. snack on fruits here and there. lots of veggies. chicken, ground turkey, sirloin steaks, etc.. if you have questions ask away.
day 1 (8/26/12) - received 100, 200mg caps of DNP powder yesterday from TSM. woke up this morning weighing in at 240lbs on the dot. I am going to be weighing myself at the same time every morning through the log. I have been cruising @ 300mg per week of Test E, and i have recently added 50mcg of T3 per day too. Took my first 200mg cap today. only the first day, so didnt feel anything at all, but im assuming that will change in the next couple days. i plan to continue taking just 1 cap for the next few days and then ramping up to 400mg per day and keep it there for a while. depending on how i feel i may go up to 600mg per day, but that will be the max. this is my first time using dnp so we will see how it goes. i will be taking pics every couple days too, took my first few pics in front of the mirror with my phone last night. so of course all pics through log will be in same place, same lighting, same camera, etc....
feel free to make suggestions for log or suggestions to help me optimize cycle
