stats: 6'2'' ... starting weight= 240lbs .. 27 years old.. been training for about 2.5 years... AAS = currently cruising 300mg/week

goal: dropping body fat

training: i recently started a new routine a couple weeks ago. due to work schedule and weather (hurricane isaac) it will be as consistant as possible, but may stray here and there so check day by day if interested. looks something like this.
mon- legs , tues- chest , wed- back , thur- delt , fri- arms
usually get in and do 10-15min on treadmill , stretch , and lift for about 45 min.

diet: i have not been counting calories like i should, but i eat pretty clean. snack on fruits here and there. lots of veggies. chicken, ground turkey, sirloin steaks, etc.. if you have questions ask away.

day 1 (8/26/12) - received 100, 200mg caps of DNP powder yesterday from TSM. woke up this morning weighing in at 240lbs on the dot. I am going to be weighing myself at the same time every morning through the log. I have been cruising @ 300mg per week of Test E, and i have recently added 50mcg of T3 per day too. Took my first 200mg cap today. only the first day, so didnt feel anything at all, but im assuming that will change in the next couple days. i plan to continue taking just 1 cap for the next few days and then ramping up to 400mg per day and keep it there for a while. depending on how i feel i may go up to 600mg per day, but that will be the max. this is my first time using dnp so we will see how it goes. i will be taking pics every couple days too, took my first few pics in front of the mirror with my phone last night. so of course all pics through log will be in same place, same lighting, same camera, etc....


feel free to make suggestions for log or suggestions to help me optimize cycle

i have noticed a trend of ppl not finishing or logging actual final results from there dnp cycles .. i garuntee that will not be the case here .. hopefully i have some great results like others claim to have had... i know my BF% is really high.. i have been slowly dropping the last couple years.. i started this little journey 2.5 years ago when i joined this forum and was sitting @335lbs.. everything hasnt been done perfect .. but its getting done.. i have learned a lot here at 'ology and hopefully my log can be useful for someone.
 
Gonna follow this... as long as you FINISH IT! :)

DNP really interests me, def the fast track to weight loss... I've heard a few stories here and there of people even making slight strength gains whilst on cycle so that would just make it the ultimate chem IMO

How long will you cycle for? Are you taking any AAS?
 
as of right now im thinking 4 weeks .. but it really depends how i feel , results, blood pressure, etc ...

as for AAS im just going to continue the 300mg test E i am on .. have 10 vials of cut mix that ill be adding in a couple months.

i have also heard of ppl gaining strength and muscle usually at the conclusion of the dnp cycle due to glycogen restoration and such .. but we shall see.

i wish i was in shape .. lol.. but i will update this as frequently as i can .. currently in day 2 .. took my 200mg cap this morning along with 50mcg of t3 .. went for a lil 20 min power walk around the neighborhood .. ate breakfast and weighed in at 238.8 .. havent felt a dam thing lol...damm gym is closed today due to hurricane isaac.. so can't get in the weights today .. ill give a lil update later of my day today if anything changes ...

Isn't 4 weeks long for DNP?
I think people generally either run a small dose of DNP for longer periods of time (like this cycle), or they run greater doses but the cycle lasts shorter. But I dunno lol I know nothing about this shit... wanna learn though!
 
Fuck the Heat! Lakers fan here. Good luck man, DNP is no joke and I am interested in following along and watching as I would never personally touch the stuff. Congrats on the weight loss to date, very impressive stuff. Way to take back control JR!

The stuff has actually started to gain a massive appeal with me, I'm thinking of running it sometime either in between cycles or somewhere during my next one, so long as it doesn't coincide with any athletic events that involve running/sprinting and stuff. Def the fast track path towards fat loss/major leaning out... plus I've read numerous accounts where it lowers your body's body fat % set point!
 
Very interested in this log, going to run a dnp cycle myself in 6 weeks, good luck bro, post your end stats including bf% reduction!
 
i really dont have an accurate BF% right now , you guys are welcome to make guesses based on pics up top.. let me know what you think... but i will have pics taken every 3 days i guess and if its working it should be visible by the end i guess...
nothing else special to report today .. going to take 200mg tomorrow and then gonna go ahead and bump it up to 400mg per day starting wednesday...

well .. start of day 3 .. took 200mg cap along with T3 and multi vit's , etc ... had breakfast and weighed in at 237.0lbs..

first day of class this semester .. had my BioChem at 8am and its in an auditorium setting .. i know the class is cold, but i was in my shorts and tshirt for the gym and my ass and legs were dripping sweat .. lol .. but thats it.. got out of class and got in a good hour at the gym.. felt good , felt strong .... no extra fatigue to speak of ..

i have been keeping very hydrated.. and i dont feel like im holding any extra water .. i actually feel like thats what i have lost ... so i decided to not wait till tomorrow and jump up to 400mg today .. i will be taking my 2nd 200mg cap in a few hours b4 i go to work...

been taking pics daily just for myself to have .. but no sense in posting them cuz they pretty much all look the same .. ill prob put up tomorrow mornings pics if anything .. but not like theres a noticable difference yet anyway...
 
Watch your body temperature usin DNP

body temp is one thing i have forgotten to mention . i have heard it is important to check on it while on dnp . and i have been... nothing abnormal to report though .. body temp has been normal everyday. i usually check it in the morning b4 class then afternoon b4 work and night b4 bed...


woke up this morning .. did the regular.. took 200mg dnp along with multi vit's , t3 .. took the dog for a walk... came back in had breakfast and weighed in .. im at 235.6lbs, so either something is working or i dunno .. im headed to class now and then hit up the gym right after class (on campus) ..

here are the pics from this morning , said i would post them up .. but with just 5ish lbs lost and the fact that my BF% is high anyway .. not anything to notice i think ... im hoping for good visiual changes half way through atleast .. the wife tells me i look thinner .. but my skin is still loose and weird , specialy the bottom of my belly ... lol.. i am saving some funds so i can do a nice long HGH run cuz i think that helped me b4 with the skin rejuvination when i had first lost a lot of weight.. we will see ...
