checking in once again .. feeling better at 400mg per day .... still a little weak in the gym .. but busting it as much as i can .. legs went well yesterday and chest was good today .. weighed myself a little while ago .. im officially at 226lbs.. so made some progress in last couple days ..
heres pics i also just took a couple minutes ago .. belly is looking more and more blahh ... lol.. i still wana run the GH . .but a trip under the knife might be in order ...
 
You can tighten up your stomach skin by buying some Retin-A (Retono -A) Tretinoin cream on Ebay or Amazon. It pops up several times a week for about $12-15 before Amazon pulls it. Ebay it's about $25 shipped.

You apply a pea sized amount everyday. Judging by your skin it will take a 6 months to a year to correct the majority of the skin fold but it's worth it. Not all of it will vanish as you have a good deal of shrunken fat (adipose cells) that are going to stay. You can get Laser treatments to tighten and zap the rest if you get sick of it. Total cost will be about $100 if you use 6 tubes in total. If you start to peal you drop it to every other day or every third day. If you can handle it you can apply it even 2-3 times a day. Your stomach will get a little red and you will eventually peal, then you cut back to where the skin is on overdrive but does not peal.

Millions of people use it to tighten skin and remove wrinkles. It's also used by pregnant women to tighten stomach skin after pregnancies. It works by increasing the blood supply and collagen and increasing cell turnover. It also helps in repairing newer stretch marks. Would cost you $100-150+ a tube by prescription. RetinoL is the over the counter much weaker (chemically altered) version that is not nearly as effective and does not penetrate deep layers of skin as well.


You wife would love it if she reads up on Retin-A. It takes 10-15 years off a girls face with time. It takes out freckles, age spots, liver spots, tightens skin, fine wrinkles and sun damage. I'm 49 and look about 30-35.

Here I spliced your progress pictures into one picture. You can see a large amount of both visceral and subcutaneous abdominal fat loss. Awesome job so far and you can see why I pointed out the retin-A as you're not done yet. Applying it "now" will increase skin tightening about 2-4 fold time wise. thanks for the info ... i will look into it for sure .. first time i droppd a lot of body fat i jumpd on HGH for about 8months @ 4-5iu 5on2off... it helped a lot .. stuff was amazing... obviously that is more costly .. but comes with many other benefits as well .. i want to try runing a higher dose (double) for about 6 months .. but still getting funds in line .. i will try anything though .. lol

just weighed in at 225.4 today .. feel pretty good .. had a really good back workout today .. did something i have never done , well never tried either but dont think i could have ..
after a good warm up and stretch .. jumped up and did 2 sets of 10 pull ups and followed it with 3sets of 5 pullups with a 25lb DB hooked to my feet ...
then brought in the arms for 3 sets of 8 chin ups .. felt awsome .. pumped .. etc .. went on to finish with a pretty good back work out ..
makes me feel like maybe i havent lost much muscle on this cut ... but my bench and squat #'s have dropped though ..
not too long left of this run ... cant wait to see some final #'s and pics a few days after last dose of DNP ..
 
Don't expect to lift at max capacity for now. Trying to get glycogen back in the muscles will be tough so your lifts will probably suffer. That along with an increased temperature and diminished cardio capability is going to make it tough. If you take your temp at the end of your workout you'll probably see a big jump in temperature.
 
ok .. checking in once again .. only have a couple days left of DNP i think .. have to look in bottle .. had a good arm workout today .. weighing in @ 225.0lbs ..
ill get some pics up this weekend .. and then again a few days after i have already stopped taking the DNP ..

on a side note .. my wife has been asking me if she is getting a small dose of this stuff when we have sex .. my sperm is definitly tinted yellow and so is urine and sweat tends to stain if im wearing a white tanktop or under shirt... (stopped wearing anything white a while ago)..
but she has lost a little weight , like 9lbs in last 3 weeks.. but i doubt its cuz of DNP .. she prob just noticed me dropping and got a little motivated herself to watch her diet a bit more .. w/e .. she wanted me to ask on here and do some research .. either i have found no str8 forward answers ..
 
ok .. today is the official last day i take DNP !!! already took morning dose .. have 1 cap left for this afternoon .. just ate breakfast .. still weighing 225lbs.. about to take off to school.. hit the gym and then be back home! ill get some pics up later today when i take them... and then wait a few days for the final results .. thanks for following ..

Great Work, very solid progress in such a short time. What's the next plan?

upped my test E dose for now until my vials of cutmix get here... going to run cut mix at 1cc ED until 10 vials are gone .. i will then go back to my cruising dose of test E and use the other bottle of DNP i have ..2nd DNP run will be 400mg ED from start to finish so 25 days ...

How much have your bench and squat numbers dropped?

chest w/o used to look like this on the bench... 135x12, 135x12, 185x10, 225x8, 365x3-5... lately its looked like this ... 135x12, 135x12, 185x10, 225x8
, 315x2-3 ... today i actually didnt even try 315... put up 275x5

squat was roughly the same ending at 405x3-5 and now my last set will be 315x2-3
 
Whoaaa... those are huge drops ma dude. I had been looking into DNP for a while but the slightest thought of my lifts dropping like that would terrify me... even though I'm sure you'll get it back in no matter of time once you're off the DNP and the supercompensation phase begins. Weird though, I read in some places that some people actually managed to get stronger while on DNP... wonder how they did it.
 
my lifts have dropped a lot ... but i have also dropped 30lbs ... 15 while on DNP .. and im hoping my strength will go back up and maybe get a little higher in the next week or so like so many have said is what happens ...

we will see .. that will def be part of my report for this log... i have lost a lot of fat and inches in many different spots.. but dont know how much if anything lost has been muscle .. i still feel pretty pumped in the gym .. and obviously look more defined from having less fat ..

still sitting at 225-226 depending on time of day... but i have noticed more strength and energy in gym.. had a great leg day today .. got 315 repped 6 times ass to the grass !!!
 
Hm. So the strength is still there, but just not able to fully utilized whilst on DNP? Is that a fair assessment?
 
i would say somewhat fair assessment .. i will let you know for sure next week !!! i dont wana just try and push the weights up too fast .. but i def got more reps in today than i have in last couple few weeks ...
 
ok .. the end of this log is officially here ..

total weight lost was roughly 15lbs... i feel a very high percentage of that was str8 FATTTT... my strength in this week alone has climbed up .. since being off DNP .. b4 pics are on the original post . .and here is the after pics i took today several days after discontinuing DNP...

feel pretty good .. think it was worth it .. and i still have another 50cap bottle sitting in the safe .. so i plan on going through that one in a few months after i blast 1cc cut mix ED (10vials)..

as you can see in pics .. my skin is loose and wrinkly .. lol.. i have been using salt scrubs and collogen creams etc the last couple days and will continue doing so .. hopefully it will get a lil better .. HGH will eventually be in the mix too . .but who knows when .. that will prob just be another log !!!
 
congrats bro, see big changes in upper body, specifically arms. as for the skin, you must have been much heavier to have that still there. Ever think of having it removed? I dont mean this to be condescending, but it can be done, and may be worth it. you should be proud of what you have accomplished!
 
im happy with what i have done with my body .. yes i was very big.. 6 years ago i was at about 200lbs.. felt like from one day to the next, i then found myself at 335lbs ... i joined this forum in november 2010 and just a few months b4 that is when i finally decided i had enough.. turned diet around.. started training.. and probably too early, but started using gear too. havent looked back since ... over this time i have lost over 100lbs...more than that of fat , because i have put on a good amount of muscle along the way as well...

so the skin is pretty bad ..but it has gotten better over time .. i have thought about just getting under the knife to solve the problem .. but just waiting it out for now since im really not finished doing everything i want to do when it comes to fatloss and muscle gain... just going to keep at it and see where i go ..
