im using powdered dnp ... i have not seen any DNP and insulin protocols or logs of people doing this .. u got any links .. i will not be doing it .. just curious .. i did the slin thing for a bit .. but im gona finish dropping the BF before i start trying to really up my size ..
so back to the log:
today i forgot to weigh in b4 i left for school because my day was kind of thrown out of wak due to me haveing the appointment for the closing on my refinance being at 1pm...
but.. i got up took my pills , walked dog and ate breakfast.. went str8 to gym in stead of going to gym after class like usual.. had a good workout.. showered had a snack and went to class.... class suked again .. they still didnt fix the A/C in that damm class .. so i was dripping all over my folder, desk, floor, everywhere .. had another snack and ventured into the lab which was freezing but any time in sitting or laying down or what ever part of my body that is touching anything else begins to get hot and sweat... when i finally got home 5 minutes to 1pm (yes the closing took place in my dinning room) .. i took another quick shower cuz i was drenched in sweat.. and weighed in... i was at 233.0lbs .. so seems like compared to the last few days i didnt make much progress... this might be cuz of the time difference in when i was weighing in or just the fact that i was craving food like crazzy all night at work last night... i ate a banana , 2 apples , an energy bar , and a 1/2cup of southwest corn chowder.. this is besides the snack and dinner that i had already packed for myself like usual and eatin too!! faaakkk ... need to really stop giving in...
took my 2nd pill at 3pm again today and piked up my son from school .. took him to baseball.. hung out there.. came home . .. and made dinner .. my wife officialy told me she doesnt want me eating at the table anymore unless there is a fan i can prop up next to me or im done with the DNP... towards the end of my steak and rice i looked like i just came out of a pool and i was going to "water log our table" .. lol ..
lets see what the weights at tomorrow ... also going to take some more pics and post them up .. week 1 almost down.. just a few more to go!!!
