actually this is my 2nd marriage .. lol.. but yeah .. we have been togethe for a lil over 6 years and have a 4 year old son... no other children for me thank god .. haha ..



well ..damm A/C wasnt working in my MicroBio class today .. siting in class sweating like a dog.. had a great back work out today .. dont think i have ever sweat soo much at the gym though..work out towel didnt suffice at all ... drank shit tons of water .. and going to eat lunch in a few minutes .. feeling good all in all .. prob check back in tonight after work..
 
work sucked today .. nothing too crazzy .. but i was a little hotter than normal ..sweating a bit .. and felt a lil tired through my shift ..

started getting some serious food cravings .. and it didnt help that there was tons of food sitting in the break room today for employees to munch on .. ate mainly steamed vegies ... but when that potato salad was opened up i couldnt resist ..lol..
 
ok .. definitly starting to feel the heat.. Miami weather doesnt help .. just walking from my front door to car im drenched .. and i keep my house at 76 degrees and i occasionaly heat up inside too ...

took my morning dose already obviously .. went to class .. then gym.. had a good workout .. but feeling prety dam tired .. dont really know if its the DNP making feel exhausted lately or just my long days in general .. i get home from work fairly late .. and get up early to take my son to school and then head to class myself .. so it will take some getting used to regardless...

after waking , walking dog , and eating breakfast .. weighed in today at 233.6lbs ... about to have lunch and in a couple hours take DNP again , have a snack and head to work... cant wait fo tomorrow (my day off work atleast) .. but still have a full day lol.. class,gym, closing on refinance of my house . and after i pik up my son from school at 330 he starts his first day of baseball academy from 4-5pm every friday .. gona be prety fun ..

Nice job! Do you take it pre-workout and if so have you noticed any increased strength or performance gains? I know ephedra is supposed to have performance enhancing effects due to adrenaline and i'm curious if this drug works by the same mechanism of action.

i do not believe it does .. if anything its making me more tired .. i take it at 7am everyday and again at 3pm right now.. starting next week i may or may not take an addtional one a day...
 
Great log, definitely going to follow as this may be something I am interested in. This isn't sold by any of the board sponsors, right?
 
I'm really interested in the combination of DNP and slin use. I believe I've seen some assert that they actually gained a lil strength while following such a protocol, despite the DNP use.

Btw, are you using crystal DNP or powdered DNP? Dunno a whole lot about the differences between em but am just curious so I know for future reference.
 
im using powdered dnp ... i have not seen any DNP and insulin protocols or logs of people doing this .. u got any links .. i will not be doing it .. just curious .. i did the slin thing for a bit .. but im gona finish dropping the BF before i start trying to really up my size ..


so back to the log:

today i forgot to weigh in b4 i left for school because my day was kind of thrown out of wak due to me haveing the appointment for the closing on my refinance being at 1pm...
but.. i got up took my pills , walked dog and ate breakfast.. went str8 to gym in stead of going to gym after class like usual.. had a good workout.. showered had a snack and went to class.... class suked again .. they still didnt fix the A/C in that damm class .. so i was dripping all over my folder, desk, floor, everywhere .. had another snack and ventured into the lab which was freezing but any time in sitting or laying down or what ever part of my body that is touching anything else begins to get hot and sweat... when i finally got home 5 minutes to 1pm (yes the closing took place in my dinning room) .. i took another quick shower cuz i was drenched in sweat.. and weighed in... i was at 233.0lbs .. so seems like compared to the last few days i didnt make much progress... this might be cuz of the time difference in when i was weighing in or just the fact that i was craving food like crazzy all night at work last night... i ate a banana , 2 apples , an energy bar , and a 1/2cup of southwest corn chowder.. this is besides the snack and dinner that i had already packed for myself like usual and eatin too!! faaakkk ... need to really stop giving in...

took my 2nd pill at 3pm again today and piked up my son from school .. took him to baseball.. hung out there.. came home . .. and made dinner .. my wife officialy told me she doesnt want me eating at the table anymore unless there is a fan i can prop up next to me or im done with the DNP... towards the end of my steak and rice i looked like i just came out of a pool and i was going to "water log our table" .. lol ..

lets see what the weights at tomorrow ... also going to take some more pics and post them up .. week 1 almost down.. just a few more to go!!!
 
The reason you are hungry is because dnp blocks carbs from being used as energy. So your body goes to stored fat for source of energy.

After a while the lethargy is not as bad but the excessive sweating is annoing. I don't really care about the sweat but people around you will think something is wrong with you lol.

Nothing like sitting in class sweating like a pig as if you are in a steam room and everyone looking at you, lol.

yeah... and im assuming the extra eating is not helping my goal though ..!! i can deal with the sweating

300mg/week right?

yeah .. 300 a week .. at that dose i would say about 2months .. honestly not 100% sure .. but id say atleast 2 months .. i was on a little over a gram b4 that... after i finish the DNP cycle im going to wait a lil bit and then just add 1cc of "cut mix" ED for a few months ..
depending on how this DNP cycle goes for me i will run it once more a little after i finish that "blast"

lol... i took my pics this morning... but im at work right now .. ill post them when i get home.. i plan on logging this through to the end weather results are good or not im going to finish up and log whatever happened .. feel free to ask any questions .. i know im missing stuff that i have posted ..
ei. i have been taking alpha lipoic acid and extra vitamins and stuff with teh DNP . .. i havent been logging my body temp ..but it has been g2g for the most part .. had one day that it was a bit on the high side (99.9F) .. but thats it ...
