Hey all new member here, After reading through the forum a bit I decided to contact 3J to see if he can help me with my diet.

The communication has been great, get really fast replies and he is really helpful. I will be receiving my diet within the next 2 days and I can’t wait to see the meals.

Overall the experience has been great and would recommend it to anyone looking for support with their diet. I'll most likely keep a log of my diet here once i have received my meal plans from 3J.

Congratulations. I don't know which plan you chose, but my plan was detailed enough to eliminate the need for a log.

I have found it convenient to copy each of my daily plans to a separate page on a word doc a week in advance and just cross off what I eat as I go. I put the date and workout info at the top.

Went with the carb cycling, still waiting for my meal plan hopefully get it soon.

Good Luck xplisit, i'm a current client also and keep a log on here as well. Have had some excellent results. Very happy with the service as I'm sure you will be, keep us posted with your progress.

Ya I recently talked to him is well I just can't get my diet where I wanted it to be. I have been eating good but just need some help with a little bit of fat.
