Joints what is better npp or msm?

This old man like deca with my cruise and blasts... Went off it for a month a achy joints come back, so starting pinning it again. I don't think it'll help stainless steel hips or knees but until that time it's in me

I would try glucosamine first - cheaper, easier and less sides. I tired npp / deca but had to stop because it was too harsh on my thyroid ( as are all 19-nor). Blood tests kept coming back wonky. Stopped the deca and the thyroid is happy again. And this is on a lower end of the spectrum dose. Like 160 mg a week. Of course everyone is different and your mileage may vary.

whats causing the pains bro?

For me npp doesn't create any problem I just want to know which one is really effective on joints if that glucosamine + chondroitin is real working or just bullshit supplement

First, glucosamine and chondroitin is not the same as MSM. Second, you are clearly not Luffy so I am betting it is more related to tendons and possibly ligaments which means glucosamine and chondroitin will not help as much. MSM maybe. NPP most likely. You're better off finding the biomechanical cause (like antagonist muscle weakness or/and stiffness imbalance). The pains will likely come back once you stop NPP.
