joshbeam1's 185x10 GM's look alright??

looking good Josh.

I'd like to hit the posterior on leg day AND back day. I just started doing GMs myself and was wondering if its cool to do them 2x week? If not, i guess i can choose one of the others but i am lazy!!
 
i do posterior core 2xw ryan. after squats on monday and deads on thursday.

rotate between ghr, reverse hypers w/bands and 45° hypers w/bands. some days we'll do 2.

Thanks brother, i was planning on doing posterior work more now, as i see my problems with deads are coming off the floor. Is that the correct analysis? That my posterior needs work?
 
those look A LOT better than the old video you had
nt sure if its the angle or what but thats how they are done

posterior comes into play but hole shot power for deads is leg drive as well. pause squats, box squats, any type of paused leg press will help.

I'm assuming thats like a pause bench? Like you drop the weight down.. pause... then fire out of the hole? Dat right?
