My titanium knee s hindering my desire

To compete in April as squat s are a bitch. Over 315 for over 8 rep s hurt.
Lunge s are out

I do pre exhaust then leg presses but still look like a golf tee
 
T, check out occlusion training. Seemingly, you wrap your limbs like you would a knee wrap. Tight enough to restrict blood flow in the veins back to the heart but not enough to restrict blood flow through the arteries.
