i have shin splints too. because of it, i can't do long cardios..but it won't keep me down. last jog minute was 4:40 mins...goal 10 mins...then 20 ...30...40 50 60!

i think you could actually work your shins as oppose to calf exercises....any ideas??? shin splints are serious business

I have been eating alot of beans and tamales. Also, normally when I want to get strong i eat eavery piece of pussy i can find , old young it does not matter. i have eaten 6 pieces of pussy in the past 3 days.
