hi im jarald ...and iam 27, iam currently researching for my girlfriend who wishes to do a cycle. she is thin and wants to build some quality muscle. To all those ladies who have used aas,......... i just wanted to know

1.how much of lbm have you gained out of an 8-12 week bulking cycle(primo,winny,deca or watever)

2.and also have you retained your gains out of those cycles. i mean do you still have those muscles or did you loose it? i know you might have shed the water weight....but wat abt the muscle tissue...? do you still have it in your body? I MEAN IF U ARE DOING A CYCLE ONLY TO LOOSE THOSE GAINS....THEN I THINK ITS USELESS. (ASSUMING YOU HAVE A GOOD DIET AND TRAINING)
 
First cycle bro, Look into Anavar for her
I got a girl online that i talk to everyday, i want her to be my girlfriend but shes playing the hardball, ANYWAY (I need to find a female training partner)
She did her first cycle, Anavar 5mg.. then she put it Anavar at 10mg.. then she added 5mg winstrol, no sides or gains then 10mg winstrol
now she running Anavar 10mg everyday & primo 50mg per week i think.. she been busy in RL so her diet has been off, i suppose she went off cycle too.. she telling me shes gained some fat... just thought id let you know!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before looking into doing cycles, she/you should be looking at the foundation - diet and training. Does she train with resistance to gain muscle and strength? Does she eat a diet consisting of moderate to high protein, moderate complex carbs and good fats? She drinking ample water? Resting and not overtraining to allow for growth and repair???? After all that if she still wants/needs to, then maybe she could cycle. Don't just jump into taking these compounds without doing the other things, she'd need to be doing all those things on cycle anyway.

yh.....she has been working out for a few yrs.....diet is good too.....i am aware of all that......but the only thing i wanna know is in my question.

do you loose your muscle once its gained out of a cycle? if so how?

Once off cycle the body can only hold on to as much muscle as it's natural hormone output will allow it to. With that said, the average person can hold on to quite a bit and this applies to both men and women. The bigger one gets the harder it is to hold it when you go off.
