FYI: They don't test for AAS from donated blood. I have verified this as I am a TRT patient and was informed that the ONLY part they care about is - as Dre mentioned - the potential for infection/viruses that may come from sharing needles/using dirty gear.

Bc if I don't they will refuse me a donation. Meaning I have to go get a prescription for a therapeutic draw from a doctor and pay out of pocket for something as simple as this. They ask the questions to pre-screen you. Regardless of your answers your blood will undergo every test necessary to deem it safe or otherwise.
