just got of eca and its sucks...

I been on the eca stack for 3 weeks and I just got off. This week i feel like shit. Whats a a good non ephedrine fat burner I can use to replace the eca for 2 weeks untill I get back on? I heard of lipo6 and Hydroxycut. But does anyone know from experince what works the best?
 
Try green tea

Mix about 6 bags of green tea in 3L of water and let it steep overnight. Then drink it throughout the day. Good for the metabolism, inflammatory, anti oxidant.

IMO, it should be a staple in everyone's diet.

Yea thats sounds like a good idea but I was thinking about doing t3. I am on 200mg/prop eod...
 
I like the eca / clen cycle. If you feel like shit because of lack of energy, just take a caffeine supplement .... like the green tea easto mentioned until you hit the eca again ... or as needed..

..from your description above (you feel like shit now that you're off), i'ts not the ephedirne. It's the caffeine ..IMO. Although I've had a little bit of a "crash" feeling from the ephedra, it's nothing like the crash you get from caffeine withdrawl or sudden stop while on a high dose. That stuff can be wicked if your not expecting it! I personally like the ECA stack so what I do to combat the "withdrawl/crash" feeling (or minimize it) is use it continually for about 3 weeks then stay on just the caffiene only part for an additional 7to10 days, 1/2'ing the dose every couple days. So if at the end of the 3 weeks I was up to 400mg of caffiene, I then bump it down to 200mg for 2-3 days, then 100mg, then 50mg, etc. That will greatly reduce that ill feeling. Then go completely clean for a week or so and then repeat the cycle again.
Just my opinion since it works much better the "new" Hydroxycut and that other crap.
