Hello guys,

I cannot believe I had not dropped on by here before.

I have been around a bit, some here may know my handle, but for those who do not: hi!!

I wanted to do a quick hello. I have been in the circuit for 20 years, 8 of those online...mostly private sites, and a few Canadian sites. I am in Canada.
I am a competitor off season 230sh and on stage 190 4-5%bf.
WIth a nutritional background, a chef, and personal trainer.

I am looking forward to getting to know the folks of this forum.

U won't be able to pm untill u have 50 posts, and as far as info, remember to read the rules & not ask for a source, read around there's plenty of good info in this site.
