Kaz's Cycle Log

I am now heading into week 4 of a test tren run. Running Orion Labs Leviathan 3 x per week. (750mgs test E / 600mgs Tren E) Added in 100mgs of anavar this week. Running 5iu GH per day and 20iu Insulin post workout and may try to hit 30iu by the end of the run. Been at 20iu for a week now and feeling great.
I have switched my training to Dog Crap and loving that as well. Weight training 3 x per week and 2 cardio days per week.

Ya I finished it while back, updates stopped due to real life getting in the way and crap. The cycle was a success and I am a fan of EQ but in all honesty if I am gonna run another long 20-24 week cycle I think I am gonna give Primo a shot next time.

I still weigh in at about 204 so I haven't really lost much, not quite as lean, I would say around the 15-16% now instead of 13 but I'm gunning for 230lbs so a little BF is expected.. With all my hospital tests and visits I found out with age I shrank I am no longer 5'10 and am actually 5'8 :(

Good to see youre healthy again. Did you figure out what put you in the hospital about a month or so ago?

Ya it was my BP, they came to a conclusion it dropped unexpectedly and I went unconscious, falling down a flight of stairs. They made me wear a BP monitor at home for a couple days to monitor the ups and downs as well as an ecg monitor to monitor my heart. I still have to see the doc for results when he gets em from the cardiologist. As far as blood work everything was normal and good to go. Fluctuating BP is actually something that is hereditary and aparantly my dad has it, my grandpa had it and great grandpa had so I am next in line. Just means I will need meds and have to monitor my BP alot more closely.

Cool brother. Good to hear its nothing too serious. Best of luck on your tren cycle!

Bit of a silly question probably,
But when you start to cruise on your HRT dosage should you stop your eq a week earlier then your test? or does it not matter because you're cruising anyway and not doing pct?

P.s love the blog dude its epic, plus your stash of goodies looks like christmas :)

I dont. I end my blast together and the next scheduled pin day i start back to my cruise dose

Loving this gear and the results I am getting from it in conjunction with my diet and exercise plan.
Started the Cycle at 197, Week 5 is almost done and sitting at 5'8" 211lbs about 16% today :)

Kaz, Great work bro...

Do you think there might be a slight chance that your BP issues last year were connected to the Eq?

Considering an Eq run soon and although I donate regular, I have heard that it causes BP issues and thickening...

Any thought appreciated Kaz

BigBen :)

We are not 100% if it was or not as there is a long line of BP issues in my family. I wore a BP monitor twice now for 24 hours at a time and got that and more blood work results back yesterday. My levels are all normal, liver enzymes are good, thyroid good, CK was high but expected, test levels were through the roof, E2 slightly elevated but no concern. My blood count was high and doc is going to monitor it as he thinks its due more so with my smoking than anything else and since I have stopped smoking he thinks it should decline and if not we'll go from there. So basically with all my levels at pretty much normal my BP results came back in the normal to slightly high range throughout the course of 24 hours, think he said highest was 178/83 but on average 140s/60s so there was no need for concern. When my episode happened they determined it was from a rapid decrease in BP, when I ran EQ I had bloods done and donated during and after so I really don't think it was caused by the EQ, EQ no doubt contributed to the issue minimally as every compound I was taking probably contributed. That was the longest EQ run I have done, and I am a big EQ fan but at age 40 I think for longer run cycle I am going to go with Primo or Mast E from now on. So much less hassle.
Would I recommend staying away from EQ, absolutely not I think its an amazing steroid when done properly, just due to BP issues in the family and naturally high rbc in the family(few mbrs need monthly therapeutic draws) and at my age it is time for me to go to a safer alternate in way of sides.

Can I ask you to elaborate on the 'when done properly' bit...?

I'm considering running it for 14-16 weeks at 600mg per week (2 x 300mg) alongside my TRT dose of Test Undecanoate, and adding 'Var to cut for the last 6-7 weeks.

This will be my second outing on Eq - I ran it at 400mg weekly along with Test E at 400mg weekly last time.

Thanks for your time bro - great log btw :)

BigBen

When done properly I mean, monitoring BP regularly, donate blood half way through and after cycle, before if possible as well. Blood work as always. The normal stuff which I am sure you were planning on doing anyways, its just there are so many people who don't monitor levels and when using EQ its like playing with fire. New generation of red blood cells and spikes in BP can be life threatening, EQ in my opinion is all about being proactive and making sure you are on top of your health.

I think what your doing for a cycle is gonna make you hard and vascular, lean gains with maximum gain retention. Very little aromatization as its a low test dose and EQ is a low aromatizing agent as well..

Cheers bro, yeah I'm scrupulous with blood work... keep those gains coming buddy, and some progress pics!

Definitely will be more active and updating my log as I am changing up my compounds as the insomnia from the tren is killing me so its time to switch it up a bit.

I am going to be going into a long bulk with 3J in the next week or so, pics will come.
Test is going to be bumped to 1500mgs per week and debating primo at 800mgs. We'll see and once everything is set in stone I'll log it all on here.

Well I have finally decided to go with the following

MY CYCLE
Orion T500 - 1500mgs per week
Orion Deca - 600mgs per week
Dbol - Blue Hearts - 40mgs per day for first 4 weeks

Pretty simple little bulk.

View attachment 556551

Will obviously be using the regulars as well, arimidex, caber, T4, gh and slin.
I'll reassess around week 12 to see where I am at and go from there as far as length or changing of compounds.

Down in weight now so my starting stats are

Height: 5'8"
Weight: 203lbs
BF%: ~16
Age: 40

My diet should be ready any day now from 3J and my training is on point. I'm going to try and document as much as I can about my training during this run to keep track of it all for myself.
Gonna be placing a lot of focus on legs, due to my back issues I was not able to train them as I would have liked and they are lagging a bit so they are my main concern. My back feels 1000% better so I am going to annihilate my legs.
This should be a fun time and looking forward to Monday to start the madness...

Haha wow man, no shit you were exhausted! That's a tonne of volume - sorry if I'm missing something, but you're looking to add mass right?

I can barely make it through a 5x10 set of heavy squats lately - albeit with a bit more weight but I think I'd be finished after the 1x20 @ 225 set, for at least five minutes.

Ya I am, I have been doing lower rep higher weight to no avail, this was suggested to me by an IFBB pro. Its just a protocol to shock my legs for a few weeks and then I go back to high weight lower reps, basically to stimulate growth. Figured I would give it a shot.
