Ya I am, I have been doing lower rep higher weight to no avail, this was suggested to me by an IFBB pro. Its just a protocol to shock my legs for a few weeks and then I go back to high weight lower reps, basically to stimulate growth. Figured I would give it a shot.

Their legs look a lot better than mine probably ever will, so I won't argue with the guy/girl. Don't forget they're on anyone's guess how many grams of anabolics, but I'm sure it would dwarf our cycles.

I'm excited to see your progress, will be following along for sure.


Side note, I actually hurt myself doing 5x5 sets for legs, weights were going up every week (on cycle) and eventually something gave...VMO in my case.

So I think you have the right idea with higher reps. I'm finding 4x10 and 5x10 on legs is a pretty good target, pyramiding up using the 5x5 protocol with a slightly smaller gap between sets.

For me, targetting 10x315 as my final set, I go 10x135 (warmup) then 10x185, 10x225, 10x265, then 10x315.

I almost missed that you restarted. Also, will be harder to follow this particular cycle since it starts on page 7. Just my thoughts.
No tren this time for you. I am getting ready for my first run with it. Excited and nervous at the same time.
 
Hate to see how much you have to eat. He had me on 3500cals and I could barely eat that much clean food. Funny thing is my body fat went down just as i wanted. 3J knows his sh *#!

I printed it off and it comes out in our home office where we work, wife was working so she pulled it out of the printer, her reaction was "Jesus Cr**t"

Couldn't agree more, I used him once and when it was time again I didn't even bother looking elsewhere I knew who I wanted in my corner to help me with a knock out blow to my goals.
