Well I have finally decided to go with the following

MY CYCLE
Orion T500 - 1500mgs per week
Orion Deca - 600mgs per week
Dbol - Blue Hearts - 40mgs per day for first 4 weeks

Pretty simple little bulk.

Will obviously be using the regulars as well, arimidex, caber, T4, gh and slin.
I'll reassess around week 12 to see where I am at and go from there as far as length or changing of compounds.

Down in weight now so my starting stats are

Height: 5'8"
Weight: 203lbs
BF%: ~16
Age: 40

My diet should be ready any day now from 3J and my training is on point. I'm going to try and document as much as I can about my training during this run to keep track of it all for myself.
Gonna be placing a lot of focus on legs, due to my back issues I was not able to train them as I would have liked and they are lagging a bit so they are my main concern. My back feels 1000% better so I am going to annihilate my legs.
This should be a fun time and looking forward to Monday to start the madness...
 
Woohoo let it begin.

First shot of my cycle today, 1.5cc of T500 and 1cc of Deca 300 (750mgs test / 300mgs deca) + 40mgs of dbol an hour pre workout.

Workout

Made sure I checked my ego at the door.

Straight bar barbell curls
Warmup: 3 x 12 reps with 75lbs
Working: 1 x 12 reps with 115lbs, 20 sec rest, 6 more reps, 20 sec rest, 6 more reps

Alternate Hammer Curls

Warmup: 2 x 15 reps with 30lbs
Working: 1 x 15 reps with 45lbs, 20 sec rest, 6 more reps, 20 sec rest, 4 more reps

Seated Calf Raises

Warmup: 2 x 20 reps with 100lbs
Working: 1 x 15 reps with 145lbs, hold last rep at extension for 12 seconds then immediately did 20 more reps

Seated Leg Curls
Warmup: 2 x 12 reps with 70lbs
Working: 1 x 13 reps with 100lbs, 20 sec rest, 6 more reps, 20 sec rest, 4 more reps

Squats
1 x 20 reps with 225lbs
4 x 10 reps with 225lbs - 1 minute rest between sets
5 minute rest
1 x 60 reps with 135lbs

Left the gym exhausted

Got my diet all setup (thanks 3J) just gotta go shopping now
230 - 240 here I come.

How much GH are you running? How come T4, is it a deficiency, or a choice vs T3?
 
For some reason I find the T4 works better with the GH for myself at least. It gets rid of all the lethargy from the GH and and brings levels to normal from the down regulation when I bump the gh up to 8iu/day. Right now I am running 4iu but will be bumping it up once the rest of my kits get here. I run the T4 at 200mcg per day

Makes sense. I can't afford GH atm, let alone that much, but I definitely get lethargy from high-ish T3 doses (100-150mcg) so I'm interested by your experience with T4 to say the least.
 
Today was an off day so nothing to write home about , 30 min cardio session and a little bit of ab work.
On a side not I am alot less sore than expected from the T500, I mixed it with a CC of deca so that probably helped. Scale of 1 - 10 for PIP I would say at a 2 which is great for T500...

Again checked my ego at the door to concentrate on form and muscle actuation rather than weight.

Incline Bench Press (11-15rp)
Warmup: 3 x 12 reps with 135lbs
Working: 1 x 14 reps with 205lbs, 20 sec rest, 6 more reps, 20 sec rest, 4 more reps

Seated Dumbbell Press (15-20rp)
Warmup: 2 x 10 reps with 45lbs
Working: 1 x 18 reps with 70lbs, 20 sec rest, 5 more reps, 20 sec rest, 4 more reps

Decline Close Grip Bench (11-15rp)
Warmup: 2 x 10 reps with 105lbs
Working: 1 x 12 reps with 195lbs, 20 sec rest, 6 more reps, 20 sec rest, 4 more reps

Hammer Strength High Row (11-15rp)
Warmup: 3 x 12 reps with 100lbs
Working: 1 x 13 reps with 170lbs, 20 sec rest, 5 more reps, 20 sec rest, 4 more reps

Barbell Rows Wide Grip (11-15ss)
Warmup: 2 x 10 reps with 135lbs
Working: 1 x 14 reps with 225lbs

On a side note when you see rp = rest pause, ss = straight set, wm = widowmaker set

Another rest day, 30 min cardio session and a little ab work. Nothing major. Light back cramping, more than likely from the dbol so gonna throw in some taurine to help with that

Hit 20 reps slowly and controlled so weight increases next time :)

Reverse Grip Cable Curls (11-15rp)
Warmup: 2 x 8 reps with 40lbs
Working: 1 x 13 reps with 70lbs, 20 sec rest, 5 more reps, 20 sec rest, 4 more reps

Standing Calf Raises (10-15rep 15s hold) + (12-20ss)
Warmup: 3 x 8 reps with 100lbs
Working: 1 x 14 reps with 175lbs, held at extension on last rep for 15 then immediately did 15 more reps

Good Mornings (11-15ss)
Warmup: 3 x 8 reps with 45lbs
Working: 1 x 14 reps with 70lbs

Leg Press (6-10 rep ss) 3-5 min. rest (20 rep WM)
Warmup: 2 x 10 reps with 300lbs
Working: 1 x 8 reps with 550lbs, 5 min rest, only got to 14 on the widowmaker set
 
Those work sets look killer. Not too much, as in overtraining, but got to be spent at end of each exercise. May have to give it a whirl.
 
Another great day at the gym, the dbol is kicking in , getting the gut rot and lower back pumps like crazy, forearms feel like they want to explode.

Been on the DC training schedule for 6 weeks now so the next 2 weeks will be back to normal again and then back to the DC schedule for another 6 weeks

Sitting at 205lbs on wake this morning. Still waiting for my creatine and a few other supplements to arrive before I can delve into my diet full force, the joys of small town country living.. everything is so far away.. Internet shopping is great but its still a week for delivery :(
 
Every time I take dbol I get gut rot.. kinda like your stomach feels the next day after a hard night of drinking, upset tummy, acid reflux, etc. it subsides after a few days for me usually, tums and increased water consumption here I come.
