Kaz's road to 230+, second cycle log

Today started out great, had errands to run and take the kid to a docs appointment this morning. Got home took my dbol had a meal forgot I took my dbol apparently and took it again. So I guess its 80mgs today ffs lol, took an extra nac dose and drinking plenty of water.

Hit the gym and did a small back workout, its my day off from work so gonna do triceps tonight.

1 x 12 reps with 100lbs
1 x 6 reps with 160lbs

One Arm DB Rows

Not sure if I over extended on a back exercise but man having issues with my left delt, hurts like hell if I raise my arm if my arm is bent, weird thing is if my arm is straight its ok and no pain. So a side lateral raise is no issue but a bicep pose hurts like hell in the shoulder. Kinda strange. Anyways figured Id just do alight bi/tri workout today

French Press

Bummer. Keep those lifts light and/or work around it. Maybe Mrs. Kaz could use her elbow to rub in there then ice.
 
Well today was the start back with the Dog Crap routine and rest pausing. Left the gym pumped to the max and feeling good
Test is starting to kick in nicely and aggression in the gym is phenomenal should be full force in the next week or so..

Flat Hammer Strength Bench Machine (15-20rp)
Warmup: 3 x 10 reps with 100lbs
Working: 1 x 16 reps with 180lbs, 20 sec rest, 6 more reps, 20 sec rest, 4 more reps

Nice, intense sounding workout and pretty impressive you finish with 15x225lbs rows...I "work" with 185 & 205, usually 12reps...I feel like 225 would fuckin pull me over lol.
 
Ya it was never a strength issue more so a balance issue first few times doin 225. As you say felt like it was pulling me forward and was going to stumble. The way I fixed this issue is kinda weird and people would stare but I would put the dip belt on, the one with the chain to add extra weight and my training partner would pull on the chain from the back end while I was lowering the weight to stay reinforced. Just enough pressure to keep me stable. He tried just hold the top of my belt at first but it looked really gay
 
Just a quick update.
Test is full force I think and if it isn't i'm gonna be in for a ride :) Acne is coming out pretty bad on the shoulders and a few on the chest, my usual lumps under my nipples came back upped my arimidex to 0.5 EOD from E3D and caber to E3D instead of twice per week. symptoms have started to subside and nipple puffiness is going away.

At 207 on wake now and hitting 210-211 by supper time. I haven't taken any dbol in the last 3 days as I am done with it. Aggression and strength in the gym is starting to climb significantly. Getting that old familiar feeling of well being and general sense of being "on". Back on the slin at 20iu post workout starting monday and keeping my GH at 4iu
 
Now waking up at 208.5 lbs going up to 213 by supper time, beginning of week 5. I am feeling like I want to tear shit up in the gym, pumped all the time, and the wife always has a smile on her face... Needless to say the test is in full effect or almost there.
