Got my labs today from Endo. Went to see him bout lump. He said it's nothing.
Six weeks of HCG 500 i.u. EOD & ADEX E4D 0.25 mg results:

TT: 481 ng/dl
Estradiol: 97 pmol/l (range: <157 pmol/l)
BIO Avail. T: 8.7 nmol/l (range: 2.5 -18.7 nmol/l)
TSH: 3.12 mIU/L (range: 0.35-5.00 mIU/L)
PSA: 1.59 ug/l
VIT D: 164 nmol/l (range: 25-250 nmol/l)

So it looks like my balls can produce some T on HCG mono protocol.....
But still had bouts of sadness....
All in all not bad. Could be in my head too.

Jumped on TRT (70 mg E3D shots) ADEX, 0.25 mg E4D, 500 i.u. HCG E3D
48 hours after 70 mg T shot and six weeks into TRT.

TT: 44 nmol/l (1268 ng/dl)
Estradiol: 134 nmol/l (range:<157 pmol/l)
I never tested Bio Avail. cause it probably would have been over range.
Might need to lower T....lol

Endo didn't mention it. Thorough doc eh?
lol
Hypo thyroid is known to cause anxiety too....

I feel like trying out for college sports....too bad they might not let me play.
I can compete with any 19 year old now.

Like Superman!!!!

Ahh I love being on TRT.

I have seen a lot of people like to have their levels at that range, some docs allow it but you gotta expect your e2 to be a little high from it so it has to be controlled. I personally like my levels around 1200ng/dl for 19 years of age, top of range is 1000. However I will certainly like to reduce my levels to 1000 at the very most as I age on for obvious reasons.

What are the obvious reasons? (They are not obvious to me.)

I've actually lowered my dose for T and the values are still pretty high.
I use to shoot 180 mg/7 days and would be at 43.3 nmol/l 1248 ng/dl.....48 hours after shot.
On 1000 i.u. /week of HCG and 70 mg E3D and can get to 1268 ng/dl.
Maybe shooting smaller doses twice a week aromatizes the T less???

I've seen a lot saying that Subq inj would lead to better results regarding aromotizing which would lead to a better E levels.
I dunno how practical Subq is, but I've started seeing more ppl going Subq through forums.

Lowering dosage/more frequent pining would do the job IMO.

I'm not a trt patient, just forwarding my notices on the subject.

Splitting a once per week injection to 2x week will cause less aromatization.

is the AI at E4D the docs reccomendation or your choice?

the half life is just short of 50 hours so at E4D that is causing a rollercoaster of e2 levels.

Keep in mind that your TT levels fluctuate as well during the week. You may not need as much AI in your system at your trough as it does at the peak.
