Labwork back! Suggestions? (noob post)

Ok guys, I got my labwork done via PrivateMDLabs as suggested, and they got my results in like 36 hours!

Anyway, I'm 27yr old, 5'7" 145pounds. I won't bore you with details, they're on my first thread if you're interested. Basically classic hard-gainer, scrawny most my life. Grew like a weed when I started lifting, but now I've gotten soft and chubby, my joints hurt and my sex drive is kaput.

So I was convinced my testosterone levels are falling. But according to labs....

That's pretty high isn't it? I don't take any Test boosters or anything, just pre-workout (Muscle Pharm Assault and some Jack3d from before they outlawed DMAA) and protein powders.

Actually the only the that jumps out is that my glucose is pretty high, so I should probably clean up my diet before I'm in the prediabetes range.

So... suggestions? I'd like to put on some significant lean mass but I'm not making much progress anymore. Feel like joint pain and my light appetite is really holding me back, so I'm curious about Deca and Equipoise.

I'm really confused about why my libido suck though.

EDIT: can't get my link to work. First thread is here:

Are those natty numbers? If so, they look great!

Might want to get a thyroid panel done.

How many calories are you eating a day?

I shoot for 3000 calories a day when I lift. But often fall short. It's a constant struggle.
What's got you thinking thyroid?

You said you don't feel well and are scrawny. So I thought to checking your thyroid. A messed up thyroid can cause those symptoms. Maybe take a look at IGF-1 too considering lack of growth and highish glucose.

Eat more if you want to add muscle.

If natty means natural, yes. I've never done steroids or herbal test boosters or anything.
I guess I'll look into thyroid labs, that would explain some symptoms.

That's a great number for natural test levels. You don't need TRT.

You could also look at SHBG and Free Testosterone. That could potentially be the cause of your symptoms.

Now go drink some milk and eat a cheeseburger. :-)

Man, I'm the same as you. My appetite is so poor. I've had all my bloods done as Megatron's suggesting and they came back spot on. I'm experimenting with injectable B12 at 1,000mcg per day to help.

That reminds me. Get an anemia panel.

I like subliqual B12 pills. They definitely boost your B12 levels.
