As I am midway through week 8 I am wondering......is it possible that test cyp just isnt the best test for MY body? Could it be that another test would have made more gains for me? 400mg/wk and a much improved protien and colorie intake should have yeilded more than 6-7lbs(mostly water) and 15-20lbs on my bench dont you think?
 
How much has your caloric intake increased over maintenance, how many cals was maintenance broken into grams protein, carbs, and fats.
 
Its definately not fake I assure you. As far as my daily intake.....I dont count as much as I should. I know I get at least 40g of protien 6 times a day. I dont count calories like I should. However, I know I have more than doubled what I have been eating since starting this cycle.
 
You need to count calories to see what you are taking in. I don't know your weight but 240g of protein is good if you weight 150-160lbs

Well, I weigh a little more than that LOL. About 100lbs more. Yesterday I was 256lbs. My body fat is too high for sure. Its about 23%. I dont look bad with a shirt on. Its all in the love handles. Anyway, I just cannot find a way to eat more than 40g 6 times a day. So basically your all saying that its not the juice its my diet? Why bother with the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) then. Just eat more?:rolleyes:

At 256lbs and 23%BF I would be asking myself the same thing. If you weigh 250lbs, you should be taking in AT LEAST 375g of protein ED, really in the 4-500g range to see max results. But it isn't all about protein, you need to eat carbs and fat and keep your cals up.

I think your main concern would be to fix your diet, finish your cycle, go through proper post cycle therapy (pct), and start getting some of that fat off of you.

Your other option is to try and do a lean mass cycle (there is a thread by Lawnsaver somewehre around), and you could add in some Clen or an ECA to help with the fat. But losing fat is all about diet and cardio IMO.
 
bro at 250 you need 500g pro a day to add strenght and size. esp if you juicing. and at you size 400mg/w of cyp is a very light dose. you wasting you money on drugs til you learn how to eat. good luck and keep us posted.

oh and BTW test is test. all the ester does is affect time release and solubility, nothing more.

I asked once if 400mg/wk was too little. Everyone said more juice isnt the answer. I am searching for a diet plan to help get me to 400g+ of protien a day. I just dont see how its gonna happen:(
 
If your body fat is high, it could be that your losing fat and gaining muscle, and they are sort of offsetting the scale. Dont look at the scale, how are your results in the mirror??
 
Even with your diet you should have gained more than that. Is this your first cycle?? And how can you be so sure you shit is legit?
 
Yes, this is my first cycle and its a test only like SC and others said to do. I am sure its real because its from an HRT company. It might not be over-dosed like QV or Supra but I am sure its real.
 
It could be a few things...

Increase your protien!!

You might be losing fat and gaining muscle. The only way to find that out is get your BF checked

Your genetics just might be poor. Not every will grow like a weed. If that happened, everyone would look like Ronnie.
 
I drink 6 shakes a day to get enough protein. There is always a way and as far as what to eat eat anything with low fat and high protein.

Fat is great actually, 200plus grams on Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) is perfectly fine.

this is my bet hes probably added more lean mass than he thinks but his actual weight hasnt increased as much as he expected ,
bro IF i told you to stick with 400 mg i didnt realize/notice your size i would have probably reccomended you move up to 500 or so . also it wont hurt you to run the test for 12 weeks instead of 10 .
 
I actually just ordered more test. 14 Karachi Sust amps, so I can extend it to 12 weeks. I am also going to add some dbol for the last 3 weeks at 25mg/day. I will try to eat as much as possible. We'll see how that goes.

at less than 1g of pro per lb of bw he aint gonna gain hardly anything even if he was doing 3g/w.

uhmmmm.. its called shakes. i make mine 100g a piece. 2 or 3 a day in conjunction with food will work wonders. protein is the best Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) out there, bar none.

i take in 600g/d. i know guys well above that. a few are on this board too. :eek:
