This is kind of a random post, but it is training related.
A couple months ago, I was sick and tired of working out, and just burnt out in general. Everything had plateaued. In my training log, I was very rarely seeing the "(+)" that I write down to increase my weight for the next week.
And suddenly, not sure why, but suddenly I'm having a blast with each workout. My strength is going through the roof, and my training log is full of the golden "(+)"s.
Although my strength is greatly increasing, I'm seeing almost no hypertrophy gains. I'm sure that will come with time though.
So there's my random post. I can't wait to get into the gym tomorrow to do legs.
