I was wandering if anybody had any suggests on a workout I could do to really sculpt my physique in a week. What I am getting at, is workout exercises that are more for toning as opposed to size. I am vacationing in a week so I am not really looking to do much more bulking which is how I usually train. I have been dieting and doing cardio. Would it be a good idea to speed up my workouts and do more cable exercises as oppossed to traditional mass builders with free weights ? Any suggestions on a quick workout changes would be appreciated.
