lean mass workout question

I was wandering if anybody had any suggests on a workout I could do to really sculpt my physique in a week. What I am getting at, is workout exercises that are more for toning as opposed to size. I am vacationing in a week so I am not really looking to do much more bulking which is how I usually train. I have been dieting and doing cardio. Would it be a good idea to speed up my workouts and do more cable exercises as oppossed to traditional mass builders with free weights ? Any suggestions on a quick workout changes would be appreciated.

In a week!?! Nothing is going to produce major noticeable differences in your body in a week other then possibly a crash diet.

Well I realize this I was just wandering what the pros might do like pre contest in addition to diet and cardio. Cables, faster workout, just lookin to change my routine which is always a plus.
 
Bulking and cutting are not ways of training. You don't 'bulk train' while bulking. What defines whether you are doing a bulk or a cut is how many calories you are taking in at that time. Please don't tell me you are one of those guys who thinks high reps are for cutting and low reps are for bulking.
 
just do a bunch of push ups and pull ups in your hotel room before you go out to the beach so you get that good pump and youll look bigger for the first 15-20 mins your out
 
Well hell I definatelly got bashed on that !!! haha!! I was just lookin for an emphasis on my pre-beach week workout. Thanks guys!!
 
in week? Sorry buddy if it was that easy all of us gym rats wouldnt spend hours at the gym and at the kitchen table year in year out.


As for cutting\bulking my routine stays the exact same, but i just curb carbs and change a few other things in my diet that is it.
