Left deltoid pain help!!!!!

Hey guys about 3 days ago i pinned my left deltoid with test e for the 1st or 2nd time i think and it has become very painful the injection site is hard but not like a bruise or anything or red. The pain is sucks ass can bearly move my shoulder and i worked chest and tris today couldnt even do tricep extensions over my head. The pain has gone down a bit but still sore. Can u guys please help me to get this pain away. Thanks!

Its going to hurt like that bc you have virgin muscles. Try to pin your thighs. It wont be as bad as delts. I was going to pin my delts but knew they would be sore and wouldnt be able to lift worth a crap.

My pains go away in about two days. what really helps is if you stretch. Helped me out alot. i dont think you can really stop it from hurting. You just have to get use to injecting. I feel you tho bro

Whenever i pinned my shoulder it hurt me at night, also make sure you dont use a needle bigger than a 1inch you will hit your vein or nerve.

Pinned on Thursday on my deltoid with 400 3 days later I'm in pain started to get better should I cut the 400 with something

I use to only pin 2x a week so I always stuck with just the glutes
now im pinning everyday so I do thigh, glutes and chest... tried delts... not for me
