legs and back, on the same day????

I am banned!
this is a dilemma for me. i love to do heavy deadlifts. and it pumps my back big time. should i do them with my leg routine, or my back? iwould rather not do both on the same session. i would just do hammys and back but its hard to have balls to do squats when my hammys are burning. which is very important to my quads. just another dilemma.
 
I do back and hams together!! reason being that I can hit my hams and lower back with SL deads. works very well for me.
Ill do quads and calves another day.
 
I do regular deads and SLDL's on leg day, just after my heavy squats.

Being too tired to lift heavy enough isn't much of an issue with me (still young and stupid, I guess). Its all about intensity IMO; when I can get the intensity up to where it should be, I have no problem going balls out for the length of a workout.
 
If there were more days in the week, I would do deads on its own day. Personally right now, when I do deads, they are on Back day.

Hell, Leg day even became such a pain in the ass for me that I had to split up quads and hams and do each on different days. I cant see how anyone could throw Deads in with a Leg day. Mentally I wouldnt be as strong as I like for some of the exercises knowing that I have just done some serious exercises already.
