I've posted only a couple threads which I found my answers to! Didn't really see a place to introduce myself so I thought I would did it here!
Background:
Studying Sports Nutrition, Exercise and Health Sciences. Currently a junior.
Powerlifted for 4 years prior to switching to bodybuilding.
Best lifts:
150lb weight class (275 paused bench, 365 squat, 400 deadlift)
Switched to bodybuilding in late april of 2010.
Current best lifts:
bench 380's roughly
squat mid 400's
deadlift (extremly tight hams and lower back mid 400's)
Stats:
Height 5'6
weight 198 -201 lbs
BF - around 14 to 15 %
Waist - 32 in
Goal - To compete in a Nebraska show this august. Then to take 2 years away from the stage and build a physique that is a very solid model to work from for future shows. I want to bulk to somewhere around 220's after my show. I do have a coach and trainer that has abilites to get everything. Will post some pictures shortly.
