Hi All! I Have A "Preexisting Condition" That I Need Some Help With! I've Been Off Cycle For About6 Months Now. I'd Never Had Any Issues Other Than slightly Puffy Nipples, But I Also Maintain About 8% Bf Year Round. I Recently Tore My Shoulder A Bit Though And Have Been Off Training For Nearly 3 Weeks (Just Got Back In Today). Keeping Up My Diet Without Training Has Done Well With Maintaining Strength, But Has Caused My Bf% To Rise And Show An Underlying Gyno Issue (I Can Squeeze And Feel A Lump, sensitive Ect.).

My Researching Has Helped Me Find That Letrezole Can Help Sometimes In This Case (Starting At .5 Mg And Raising .5 Mg Daily Until Up To 2.5Mg And Going With That A Couple Weeks Until Symptoms Reside, Then Tapering Back off And Starting Nolva To Counteract The Estrogen Rebound).

The Help I Need Is That I'm Not Sure The Proper Dosing Of Nolva For This, And That I Can't Find Any Sites I Can Trust That Carry The Nolva And Letro. I Know It's On The Iffy Side To Ask The Second Question Because Of My Post Count, But This Is Really Important.

P.s. Sorry About The Caps On Every Word, My Phone Doesn't Like This Site.

Thank You In Advance,
TC

Letro isnt the best thing for treating gyno, it absolutely kills estrogen levels to an unhealthy level, dont go that route. Me personally, id run 40mg of nolvadex per day until it does away, i actually had a tiny bit of tissue build up by my nipples, nothing you could see but i could feel a bit, i ran Nolvadex at 20mg per day and in a few weeks it was all gone. You can also go the raloxifene route, i dont know much about this stuff so i wont comment, someone else might be able to chime in on that.

It s a tuff call OP that s y u have not gotten more input.

As indicated Letro is the nuclear option on estro killing but NO ESTRO is a also gonna put you in a off kilter state. I had mine cut out. I d try what shredder says and then re assess your status ???

Sorry

Raloxifen is superior to nolva for gyno reversal. 60mg daily first two weeks then 30mg daily until it's gone. Nolva is still good... Just not as good as ralox.
