So if you're counting total days taking any dose at all its day 24 today, or day 19 at full dose of 2.5mg/day....
My legs day just sucked. My knees are achy as hell and I have some chronic recurring back issue of a pinched nerve that seems to be really plauging me while on letro. The lump is practically undetectable today, haven't had any pain or sensitivity for over a week.
Would it be safe to taper out? I don't know how much more of the back pain I can handle honestly. Everytime I attempt a squat or deadlift (even at light weight) I get the nerve pinch sensation and near paralyzing pain. Now I've broken both my patellas, and that was bad, broke my ankles, fractured a metacarple, broke my tail bone... the pinched nerve in my lower back is almost worse than any of those to deal with. I have to get to position where its not pinching and remain in that alignment of my back or its a horrible pain like someones running a knife into my spine and my back muscles are torn, like its almost hard to even stand up and support my upper body. When it happens its like I have no core stabilizer muscles and to bend my upper body along the spine in any direction is terrible.
Its not as bad as its been before, but its creeping back. When this happens it usually lags around for 2 weeks before I'm at 100% again so at the slightest onset I will drop what I'm doing to avoid it. That being said its been about 3 weeks since I've had a good leg/back session with good squats/deads/front squats/hack squats etc...
I've been reading all this negativity that once the gyno is there its there forever and the letro only shrinks it while your on...
If its inevitably going to come back then it makes me think "wtf was the use of this in the first place, and how long am I going to be feeling the negative sides of the fucking letro?"
Any insight?
