On the physical fitness side I just want to keep the momentum rolling in the right direction. I started at 240lbs last February when I finally got on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and started taking my diet seriously. I'm now under 200lbs looking better than I have in years. The first part of 2011 will be continued fat loss and then in March I'm planning to run another cycle -- not sure what at this point but NPP, masteron, or equipoise are the front runners.
