I remember two things from 9/11 though I was in 9th grade back then.

Firstly the teacher getting a phone call, then walking over to the T.V. and turning it on for us all to see.

Secondly, when I got off the buss when I got home my mother was sitting on the steps crying.

And then we entered a 10 year and counting "Conflict" that we are still in.
