I just got my test and npp dbol and anadrol for July and I already have my next year cycle planned out 30 cc test p, 30 cc tren ace and sdrol. If the tren is good for me I am only going to run tren and npp, maybe try masteron but a friend of mine said it was like eq,you have to run it like 6 months to get good results.i would split the npp and tren through the cycle.

Careful man just test tren is controllable when you mix stuff thats where sides might pop up then youll be scared to use tren again.
 
I wanna try this, its gonna be a hard change everything i eat has carbs


dont fear my man, i used to eat carbs like everybody and just changed it in 1 day and done. super easy. i do have LOTS of really needed tips ( i coach people on this and all other diets, training, aas cycles etc) you need to know when starting keto as it can be messed up if you dont know them. but i did my reasearch and everything went flawless. havent eaten any carbs in months now, never looked or felt better without ANY effort which is incredible

carrot juice is filled with carbs so thats a no no. in keto if you want to really keto adapt and teach the body to burn fats instead of sugars, you need to keep the carbs LOW, meaning 20 or less grams per day. now if ur budget is 20 grams you ofcourse aint gonna be eatin half a muffin but ur gonna be eating lots of green veggies to still get some carbs but primarly to get fibers and micronutrients like kalium that you lose easily on keto and that most people lack in their foods.
 
how does a ectomorph like myself go from all cut up to beast mode without carbs?i am already doing 200 +and 4500 to 5000 calories a day.should i eat more clean?because i eat like a fat kid.
