Im eating at least 4 meals a day and i only need 150g protein from what i understand So a simple carton of egg whites will put me there. Believe me i dont like this diet either my fat loss has stalled and despite what anyone says tren burns fat. I ate whatever i wanted and leaned out everywhere expect stomach. Hopefully this diet will help me get as lean as i want then i can play with all the fun aromromatizing steroids i been avoiding lol

Carbmaster yogurt from Fry's (kroger), Enlighten ice cream bars, and Breyer's low carb bars (Carb Smart I think they're called). Oh, and pork rinds + guacamole = low carb/high fat/high protein munchie. :)
