Should McTavish be fired? Or do you agree that it is "still a young team"? Sounds like an excuse to me.

Although I will admit that it's a much better game live than on television. I was given tix to a few Flyers' games this year (they aren't in high demand as the Flyers really suck!) and was pleasantly surprised. Hockey is a great sport to see live, but it just doesn't translate to the ole' boob tube. I just can't bring myself to watch hockey or baseball on TV.

How can they justify that when Kevin Lowe traded their franchise player at the trade deadline and Pronger, their top defencemen, in the offseason.

They don't have the players right now to be a good team. Their loosing streak really isn't all that surprising. The Oilers will be a very busy team this summer in the Free Agency market
