Lift's First Cycle

Workout today was rushed but still very productive. I since I didn't have a ton of time today I wanted to throw in a shock set for bench and rows at the end of the workout. Bench was 365 for 5 easy reps, first time benching with my new inzers. Rows were exactly the same 365 for 5. Then did bench 225 x 25. First 20 were nothing but then I started getting massive lactic acid buildup in my shoulders and could only pump out 5 more. Sure I could have gotten more if I decided not to be a pussy. Finished up rows 225x20 which really pumped up the lower back. Had to do hammer strength militrary because I was pressed for time and got 4 plates per side x 5. Weighed in at 300 today in gym clothes. Getting it done.

I'm nothing spectacular to look at considering how watery and flabby I am right now. The size is there but definition's out the window. Be patient for pics, they'll come as promised.

A good number yes. Seems like more just the last couple of weeks though. That's the way it goes with the schedule I'm just gonna keep hitting it as hard as I can. I don't think time will be a factor very much now that I have the rest of the month off.

Bro...you know I can't read, thanks for letting everyone know now!!! I would have half a mind to come find you and whoop your ass if you weren't like 8'4" and like 500lbs...your lucky your a big bastard! J/K Haha...No, I've read it all, it was painstaking but I have! But for reals, I was just wondering if there was anything new? How is that superdrol workin out for ya, etc? Better watch yourself Shrek, you don't want my 5'8" ass crossed up with ya! :bash: :laugh:

I assume you mean my roommate. He is having a good time with the cycle. His weight gains have almost paralleled mine. So he's up 20 or so pounds and his strength is shooting up faster than mine.

Injects tonight went fine. Upping the hcg to 500 twice a week from here on out. Might run out of it a week early, wish I had gotten more. The nuts could definitely use a little boost. Sometimes when I inject it just hurts as the oil goes in, sometimes not. No excess pain or bleeding today though.

You know I'm suprised I haven't asked you this but obviously you do mma. Are you planning a fight soon?

it was a huge mistake for me not to do HCG during my cycle, balls keep disapering :dumbass: :shoot3:

Don't have a fight commin up real soon. I'm just trying to get back into fighting shape. I broke my spine in a couple spots about a year ago and that pretty much put me out of commision for a while. I was just fully released in May so I probably won't have a fight until November or so. Right now I'm just getting back into the physical shape that I need to be in to train properly. My MMA training will resume again in late August. I would like to be at 180lbs. with 9% BF come November.
 
Forgot to add my leg workout for monday. Leg press 12 plates per side x 18. Calves and leg curls. Power shrugs up to 455. Took it easy after the new squat pr.

I had to go up to 500 2x a week, too. That's where I start out at now.

Yeah I only had a total of 10,000iu for this cycle so I was trying to ration it out as best I could. I made it this far only doing 500 maybe 3 times and the rest were 250. Now I have enough that I should be able to go 500 or around there 2x per week for the rest of the cycle.

Maybe spread it out to once every 4 days, might last a little longer. I hate having to reconstitute 5,000 more iu's just for the last 2-3 weeks.
