Lift's First Cycle

300 will fall soon. My roommate brought krispy kremes home yesterday so I'm eating very clean today. Workout was good, glad I had the extra day of rest. 455x5 on squats, first ones were a little shallow, the last ones were very deep. I have a hard time getting my depth low enough with wraps and a belt on. I am noticing that the warm up sets for squats make me feel lethargic and shitty while the work sets leave me pumped up and feeling better. Don't know what's up with that. Injections later tonight.
 
Injections did not go well last night. First poke and it feels like i'm pushing through something a little harder than usual. I get all the way in and inside it feels like i'm up againt something. I aspirate and its fine then i move the pin just a little farther out, don't know why I did this, and the chamber starts to fill with blood. First time that's happened. So I pull out and immediately blood gushes down my leg. Not a terrible amount but more than I've had. So I poke again a little farther up and maybe a half inch toward the center of the leg. Injection goes in fine but when I pull out I get another stream of blood gurgling down my leg. 2 shots and I went through 2 veins, what are the odds there? The blood looked very dark, don't know if that's normal.
 
Injection last night was perfect. No pain going in, injecting, and almost no blood. I don't know what the fuck is up with my legs but for the last 3 or 4 injects the right leg has been completely shitty, painful and hitting veins, and the left leg always goes perfectly. Anyone else get this?

Workout was decent today. Had to do back first because someone was on the decline. Hit 5 plates and a 25 on each side x 8 for HS rows. Decline bench was 385 x 4 shitty reps. I don't know what it is about decline but the first rep or two is always terrible and I have a hard time getting into my groove at the start. My liftoff was also pretty shitty. HS military press 3 plates and a 35 each side x 7. Went up to 455 on shrugs but could only get 4 or 5 good ones and a couple shitty ones after that. Hopefully that will shock my traps as it's the heaviest I've gone. Bodyweight has been fluctuating the last couple days, I have been as high as 295 but today I weighed 292. I have a few more meals to get in today so hopefully I can put another couple lbs of food in me :)

Edit: I forgot to mention I am on 3 hours of sleep today. Fuck finals.

Just got back from my workout. It was alright. Stiff leg deads 425x10 then some horizontal hack squats calves and arms. At the halfway point of my workout I just started to feel like complete shit. Don't know what the problem was and I can't even really describe the way I was feeling. Maybe I'm coming down with something.

From the pics you posted on page one, you look wide man(stretch marks on the lats!). Only thing i could say is your arms need work, how big are they?

Thanks for the compliments, my arms have really blown up this cycle, more so than any other part I would say. I'm not sure how big they were when I posted those pics probably around 19". Now I'm sure they're at least 20". I'll measure them towards the end of the cycle also.

They are big, but get overpowered with your massive width/build.

How many more weeks do you have remaining(dont feel like calculating), and will you post the pistures after your last injection(i think better after injection and after PCT/to compare how much/if any size was lost) or after determination of PCT? Excuse me if im demanding/requesting too much.. :)

mannn thats probably the heaviest stiff leg dead ive ever seen anyone post or even do! Post a Vid Please!! haha you sldl more than my normal dead.

Exactly, my body size detracts from arms, plus they are really long. Don't worry about the questions I'm happy to answer. I will probably post pics some point in the last week of the cycle and then again when post cycle therapy (pct) is over. And I've just started week ten so I have about 5 weeks left.

Workout today was good, despite being extremely rushed. I woke up about an hour and fifteen minutes before my gym closed so I had to slam my shake down and rush there with under an hour to lift. Hit 140'sx8 on inclinde db bench thanks to my new inzer wrist supporters that I received in the mail today. Didn't have time for another chest exercise so I did some close grip lat pulldowns and some higher rep bb rows then some seated side laterals and got out of there. The entire workout my shake wanted to come back up and on the second to last set I couldnt fight it anymore and went to the bathroom and puked the whole thing up. Haven't puked in the gym for a while, it's always a good time.

Injections last night went great. First time in about a month I've shot right quad and it hasn't been painful or bloody.

I have made one major change to my cycle that I would like to inform you all of. For the next four weeks (starting yesterday) I will be taking 30 mg superdrol per day. The reasoning for this is I'm not really getting as much from the test as I thought I would, especially in terms of strength. I had the bottle of superdrol sitting in my cupboard and I was debating over whethere or not to throw it in, after consulting with a trusted advisor I decided to just do it. I really hope it gives me that extra push for the next month and helps me get over 300 as well as making more pr's. I should also add that I used SD for 3 weeks about 6 months prior to this cycle and experienced no negative side effects, so I'm not throwing in anything I haven't used before.

I have been, the last week or so i've been eating 4-6 spoonfuls of peanut butter before bed with my protein. Last night it made me gag and I puked up pizza I had just ate. That makes 2 pukes on the day.

HaHa!!! LMAO once again...first time I've heard of a pukin rally with no alcohol involved! But for reals, keep up the good work, keep pushin hard, and try and keep that food down bro...curious to see what your giant ass is gonna end up lookin like when you get done.
 
Big squat day today. Was planning on hitting 475 on my last set but after I got done with 4 plates I just had the overwhelming urge to put 5 on there. I got one of my PT buddies to spot me and hit 495x4. My previoius best was 475x3 so this is a big pr for me. Only the last rep was below parallel but the strength was there on all of them, they came up pretty easy. After that it was calves and 20 rep cable shrugs and I was out.
