way to much protein bro you dont need more then 40g at a time.Ill do 40g after a workout but then I space out alot of small meals through out the day at around 20g

Liquid only post workout. The rest should be whole food. Your ancestors in the middle ages didn't have protein shakes. They killed a fuckin lion and then ate that post workout. Gurantee there were big guys walking around back then considering physsical labor was a way of life. I'm sure your kidneys would appreciate a piece of cow rather then a pile of chocolate processed cheese biproducts. Not to mention whey actually spikes your insulin which if spiked the wrong times, could contribute to rapid fat gain.

70grams per shake?

now I could be wrong, but I believe I read that the body is only able to digest and use either 53 or 54grams of protein at a given time, so I believe you would just be crapping out about 20g of each of your two shakes. just my humble 2cnts.

I agree with Mike, as usual. Your getting a good total daily amount. 1-1.5 grams a day is the generally accepted norm, but your probably consuming to much of that at once. If that is the case, you are literally flushing money down the comode.

Ya you need food and calories to grow. Not 70g protein shakes bro. Id take 7 egg whites and some chicken over a shake any day.
