Quick question for trt users, as Matt stated a few post b4 that it's going to be ruff when he goes back to trt dose. Do you get that shitty feeling like you do during pct when you come back down to cruise dose?? Also does your strength go to shit as well?
 
U shouldn't feel abnormal emotional but strength should decrease



People who are on trt don't need I worry about being shutdown, when people like myself who aren't on trt during pct our levels are all out of wack

Just the feeling altogether sucks for about a week exspecialy running tren, atleast for me, last time I ran tren and droped backmdown it was the first week or 2 that sucked, after 2 weeks my body and exspecially mind gets cleared not that foggy depressed feeling nomore of coming off tren, atleast thats what I experience
Like today I hit the gym but didnt have that same feeling if anybody knows what imam talking about and its still early yet
Its tougher for me cause I have that addictive mindset, but it gets better everytime I drop back down to my cruize, just that initial thouht of mot wanting to drop back down

First day decreasing my cals, went okay, still hungry as f tho
Legs today and 20 min cardio
Felt foggy at work today, got through the day tho

Lol I drink a small can per day almost religiously on a severe deficit - to answer your hidden question Matt, it won't effect your cut in any way :)
 
dude, why in the hell have you not hit up 3J yet? I know you don't do a whole lot of reading here, just asking for pics of people and talking about your beard, but that should have been the first thing you did on this forum. Please, hit up my man 3J and get your diet on track. Trust me, you're shooting in the dark...you have no idea how to diet. I mean that 100%. Tolerating needles and picking up heavy stuff is the easiest part of this whole bodybuilding thing you love so much. And how doesmit work, does he write u up a diet plan and training plan as well, or is it just a nutrition plan?

I got both. Email him or go to his site. You'll get a questionnaire. Answer it and he'll send you a diet and training plan. You send in measurements once or twice a week and he adjusts as necessary

I don't feel in the dumps, but the sense of euphoria isn't there anymore.
 
Makes total sense tho u could prob use that diet plan for instance when u cut again right with adjustments from 3j ofcourse, so say 4 months down the road I want to bulk and been using 3j, I pay him to make a plan to bulk?

I'm not running 3J right now but I did about 2yrs ago when I first joined the forum.

My grocery bill right now isn't that bad but I get a lot of chicken, beef, and sometimes lamb from my uncle who owns a restaurant. I pay about $100-120 a week and that's for veggies, fruits, certain cuts of steaks and whatever meat or chicken I need if I run out from my uncle, rice, oats, granola, Greek yoghurt, cereal, eggs, etc. I also get a good amount of protein from shakes but I just buy a 10lb bag of whey

You could definitely re-use a diet plan. All you'd do is adjust the amounts of each meal or some meals more or less for a bulk or cut
