Your certainly love your beef don't ya haha. I eat three diff meats, chicken beef and turkey. Just for variety so i dont get too bored lol.

Yeah love beef, beef is a lot cheaper then chicken here as well
Find u can get creative with beef as well, chilli, homemade bugers, ect
 
Uh, diet pop in excess isn't real good for ya. I'm not saying, I'm just sayin

It's true...My Dr says it affects the metabolism somehow. You don't see many people drinking Diet pop, when I said this to my Dr he reacted really odd, and said YES he agrees. I'm not one to talk much though, I drink a lot of diet Pepsi.

The studies claiming diet soda causes metabolic issues are OBSERVATIONAL - as in no cause & effect. Your doctor should know better than to rely on bullshit as proof of diet soda problems.

From what I've read Diet Soda and anything artificially sweetened for that matter has some effect on insulin I think it was, all starts at the sweet taste IIRC.

The data on this is extremely MIXED to say the least, most studies show that it raises insulin in diabetics - I've yet to see a good study claiming the same in non-diabetics.


Summary:
Unless your a diabetic, diet soda won't effect your body comp goals (contest prep final week would obviously differ).

If it helps satisfy sugar cravings - then drink it, if it acts as a trigger to binge - avoid it. This is all psychological rather than physiological :)

Ahk yeah never really looked into it much, I'm not big on soda at all in fact I stick to water only with the occasional electrolyte drink on leg days. The only things I consume that have artificial sweetner is protein powder really.
 
Just dropping tren on tues and dropping cals I am dropping a lot of water weight or it could be I bumped up my test from 500mg from 250mg for a month, or eating more cals then I should of been putting on excess bf in the process
Back running my adex .25 ed instesd of .25 eod as well

Last week was 212, weighed myself yesterday with anit of food in me and was 209, this morning eih no food in me was 202, also took 4 shits yesterday as well lol and pissing a lot
 
Matt, make sure you are weighing yourself first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything and after you go to the bathroom...at least 3 days after a cheat if you do. Get a standard time (like first thing every Monday morning) to weigh and keep track of it. I think you should hold off on cheats for a little while and see how your body does with this diet...some people respond well to cheats, others don't.

Also consider using better carbs besides pasta. Pasta is terrible in my opinion...think about sweet potatoes or quinoa. At some point that beef is going to have to probably come out and switch it with chicken. Keep your cardio consistent for now, 20 minutes post workout with your heart rate around 130 should be good.

Lol. Its called bragging rights. If you put massive amounts lf time and energy into research like rippedzilla did/does, you could toot your own horn occasionally too... Lol.

I come to realization who kmows there stuff compared to just facts or posting the same line over and over again, rip and dre def know there stuff,, and no I am not playing one up, I am a straight talker obviously speak my mind, sometimes or a lot of times without any filter but working on my ego and throwing in the towel to people with a lot more knowledge them me
