And no I am not back on tren, I droped down to my cruise dose and working on my diet atleast for 3 months before I decide to blast again
Bloodwork scheduled in 2 weeks, full panel, so once I get the results I will post them up
 
Its like this, if a new born can feed themselves, baths themselves ect ect, all the power to them, not gonna happen lol, same with diet and training its all a learning curve, was my diet shitty before, probs, most likely wasnt taking in the proper foods, counting macros wrong ect ect the same goes for training as well, noone picks up weights the first time and thinks they know it all, they might think they do but somebody will correct them about proper form composed to improper form, so ya I have been trainig for 2 years and had to lesrn the hard way but whatever I threw the towel in and seeked help on my diet

Matt that is all everyone was trying to tell you from the beginning. The decision is yours of course but there's a lot of help that can be given from many people on the forum. You're doing yourself a great service by focusing on the diet and training. I think you'll be surprised at what you accomplish in these next few months if you're consistent
 
Yeah you definetly will be stoked at your results bro. Recently been taking nutrition and training advice from one of the guys here on Ology, only been under his wing just over 2 weeks and already estatic at the results I've acheived. Far far better than what I could do on my own, trust me these boys know their shit ;)
 
I know u don't give a shit about what i have to say, but your really taking responsibility and working on making a change. Whether you realize it or not, everybody was honestly trying to help u from the get, including the "19 year old kid that needs to shut his mouth". Good luck guy and all the best. Sounds like u really humbled yourself.

Very stubborn obviously, but sometimes u just got to take yiur ego and cockyness out of the game and throw the towel in to people with way more knowledge then me, and trust me it takes a lot for me to say this lol
Tren doesnt help the situation out when I already have stubborness and ego problem, but no excuses, I threw the towel in and thats all there to it

Been really cracking down on resding labels ect ect, I had it all wrong
Protein sources
Carb sources
Fat sources

I was adding in protein source that come from carb sources ect which I shiuld have been using just protein sources as my main source of protein, just alittle bit of kmowledge like that even goes along way
For instance
Chicken, lean ground beef, egg white, tuna, salmon, pro powder and so on for protein source, so all my 225g of protein is coming from a protein source that I currently have setup in my diet plan now

And even with the cal deficit I feel more fuller wih just adding fibrous greens to every meal
And my asshole isnt hating me either lol
 
After this week, and after measurements come sunday ill find out where i stand
Gunning for 1% bf loss a week, hopefully get to 12 to 10%bf after this cut
As far as strength and energy go this week, my strength is still up and intensity in the gym as well
The fun stuff starts in the following weeks, maybe next week depending on my measurements
Enjoy my complex carbs for the time being lol

I can tell u diet pop and caffeine from coffee keep me going throuhout the day without erges or temptations
