So my question is should i up the adex dose bsckmto .25 ed then .25 eod, or up it more to drop estrogen down if thats the cause before I get bloods done again
Get blood work first and then adjust adex if indicated by results.

I dont have a prob with him, he knows his stuff from research, which is great, but totally dif when cycling composed to just reading and research how your own body reactsStaunched has posted, quite a few times he's on trt, I am not sure if Matt is just selectively/intentionally reading only the parts of he's post just because he is 19 and further prove, that because Matt is older therefore, he knows more. Don't mean be rude Matt, but that's at least how I've understood the "dialogue" you've had with Staunched back and forth across this thread

The omly symtoms I get are pimples and alittle fatigue but got a new born too, work, then hit he gym so tired once I get home lol, no sore nipsAre you getting any e2 sides besides the bloat and acne? Feeling emotional? Nipples getting sensitive? Not everyone will get the symptoms of jacked up e2. If you're on 500mg Test now, stay on .25mg ED stick with that and get blood tests to confirm where you levels are and adjust from there, chances are you might need a little more but we don't know that. No point chasing your tail trying to guess where you e2 is at.
I have had my fair share of how e2 effects me, from going to low and too high, the sweet spot, whilst dialling in TRT if that makes you sleep better at night. When you realise we are trying to actually help you, that's when things will work out better for you.
And for the record if you bothered to heavily research instead of bashing me for my research and admittedly no proper cycling experience besides TRT and not just go by the experience factor you would probably wouldn't be asking half the questions on here that you are...

No insomnia, sleep great
Made up my mind, didnt pin toniht, tonight was suppose to be tren+ test, gonna drop down to my cruise dose at 200mg/week, what woukd u do in meantime, cut, maintain, or still keep cals at 3800
damn man 10 000 wow, my gf picks at them all he time exspecially the omes on my back, and they hurt like fuck when poped, i try to tell her they hurt and she tells me to just suck it up, there not normal pimples lol
I agree, i understand man, its pointless to argue
Tren is used on Cows. Not my cows. We farm naturally grass fed hormone free.
Thanks broMatt, I haven't made any comment on your thread so far, even though I have my opinion on your progress, current state and cycle history.
Before you call me out for pics you can dig my started threads and find one with my pics, I'm by no mean a hardcore BBer and I don't have an outstanding physique.
I think that getting back to cruise doses is the best idea you had so far since you started these weekly progress pics.
I would suggest you to keep the calories high for while, something like 4 to 8 weeks, the longer the better, my point being that if you loose mass quickly you'll feel frustrated and jump back on tren within a few weeks.
Adjust your cal intake until you're at maintenance level. From there, do a slow and steady cut. You will be pissed by your strenght stepping back but the trade is that you will progressively see more and more of the muscle you've built. It will also help you to learn about what food works for you, what are your maintenance and deficit levels, etc...
Once you're around 14-10% BF you can hop on tren again. IMO you're sitting at around 20% now and it is too high to run gear, you must aromatize quite a bit. Lowering your BF will make it much easier for you and for us to gauge your progress.
Give your body a break, it is not a waste of time at all if in the meantime you adjust your diet and training and get back to gear stronger and healthier. I don't want to sound paternalistic especially since it is not the topic of this thread, but you're a father now, don't wreck your body for something as superficial as being big. I know you're doing bloods, that you feel good, etc...but you've been on a fair amount of juice for an extended period of time.
I sincerely wish you the best.
