Looking for a boost with fat loss

What's up guys... I've been on TRT for about a year and a half now. I get one shot a week, also take 1mg tab of anastrozle per week. Usually same day as shot. I get all my stuff at the doc's office. I've lost 30 pounds doing strength training plus Crossfit. I'm looking to maybe speed up the fat burning process with a drug. My stats are 6'1 260, 32 years old.... I'm looking to end up, around 200lbs. Not all at once of course.. Should I just keep doing what I'm doing, or add a drug in? Also all my bloodwork always says my Estro is below 20, but sometimes I feel better when I skip the arimidex pill. Thoughts, thanks!!!
 
E2 below 20pg/ml is too low. You are taking too much Arimidex. That is way more than most guys are on TRT. I would suggest cutting it in half. Take .25mg twice a week.

What kind of diet are you doing? That is obviously going to be the biggest driver of your fat loss.

One option to investigate for a small increase in fat loss is running an EC Stack. But honestly, I don't recommend incorporating that until you get to a lower body fat %.
 
Thanks Megatron!!! That's the answer I expected. I'm mostly going hard during the week meats and veggies. Then kind of whatever on weekends. As for the arimidex, such a small pill is so lethal!!! Not sure I can cut that thing lol...

I quarter my Adex pills. You can do it. Just remember they don't have to be perfectly quartered.

How many calories are you eating daily and what is your TDEE?
 
I'm taking in around 2000 or so a day. Mostly lots of protein and few carbs. Only from greens and salads do I get my carbs normally. Weekends are stupid though. Not really tracking it then. What's Tdee?
 
TDEE is total daily energy expenditure... basically how many calories you require on an average day to maintain your weight. To lose weight, you eat less. To gain, you eat more.

I suspect you're undoing all the work you do dieting during the week by having weekends 'free'. I've seen lots of people do this and they all ask the same question, "I'm dieting, why am I not losing weight?"

I suggest you at the minimum start tracking your calorie intake to see where you are, both on the weekends and during the week.
 
Just don't know enough about Tren.... I've heard it's some good stuff though if used correctly. I'm just trying to learn all I can before using. I've done the opposite and it didn't pay off.
 
Age ? Genetic type ? Long aerobics sessions of moderate intensity but consistent will do wonders. I m older I love tren but real low doses..like 50 mg cut w 50 prop m-w-f; added to my trt...100-200 mg on Sundays....

U did not get where u are in a month or even 4; u seem to know what ur doing but 3j s the man...

And if your eating real clean for 5 day s then ...whatevering it on weekends u may be shooting ur self in the fat deposit as ur body senses a change it get s greedy and clings to it s reserve s and then when the w/e rolls in and it s a free fire fat zone...u maybe hoarding and storing....

Ask 3j...he ll straightren it out but most people who diet have 1 cheat MEAL a week..or maybe an afternoon but 48 hour passes ????
 
I was in the same boat as you. Hit a plateau and hired 3J. He is cheaper and more effective than anything you can take. I've been on his carb cycling program for about 2 months and have dropped a pant size and have abs starting to pop.
 
Thanks for the input guys. To be honest I haven't really plateaued. I'm still losing inches, weight, ect. I know the weekend thing needs to stop. Was just curious about the need for drugs in my plan. Maybe I will add a drug when I get closer to my goal weight. Thanks again

Adding drugs (e.g. Thermogenics) seem to work best when trying to lose those last few pounds to get to really low body fat.
