Looking for advice..im a rookie

I am 18 years old, i weigh 140 ib and im a hair under 6 foot tall. I have played baseball since i was 3, and started lifting for it pretty seriously my junior year. I was on a high protein high calorie diet for about 6 months that a nutritionist put me on. I lifted everyday and had my protein shakes, animal pak, multi-vitamin, creatine, and pre-workout. I lost almost 10 ibs doing this, my only guess is because i was running all the time with baseball.

I am no longer playing baseball but im tired of being so small (skinny). I want to try something new without wasting all my money again on the "BEST" stuff on the market. I now want to try something a little better like a prohormone or HGH. I have been looking into h-drol since its kind of mild. I would like to get some professional opinions thanks.
 
first, you're too young. you really don't need anything except food, and rest. you can screw yourself up for life. PH's are nothing more than designer steroids, and can fuck you up just as bad.

if you're not eating enough calories you're not going to gain (or maintain) weight.

you really shouldn't consider a PH or anything until you learn how to eat, train and rest, cause in the end it will be a waste. without those things you'll shrink right back to where you were before without them. (homeostasis)

I know the right diet and already did that. I did everything right, i was training with a bodybuilder and a nutritionist and lost weight. Had all the top dollar protein, creatine, etc. Nothing works, I got noticeably stronger but smaller, just looking for a good bulking agent whether its a test booster, h-drol, anything of that sort. Im looking to get a lot stronger too, and kind of fast for personal reasons
 
How many colories are you consuming with this high dollar super diet? Take the advice of everyone on here who tells you eat more and train harder. I spent a long time looking for the "miracle pill". ":All I need is some Test and I'll be jacked". After being on here for a year I realized I would have done more damage than good because of my skinny frame.
 
No im here to listen cuz i dont know too much. I was taking in about 3500-4000 calories a day. Im not looking for a miracle, just something that will actually show results fairly fast, not looking to get huge just about 165-175 and gain alot of strength, im up to try anything that isnt that normal if that makes sense
 
If you're 140 and almost 6'-0" taking in 3500-4000 calories a day and not gaining anything, your doing something really wrong. Are you running 4 hours a day?
 
When i was on this program i was in the off season of baseball so normal workout then some running and stretching afterwards

you don't need "top dollar" supplements. REAL food is undeniably better for you in just about every way.

getting bigger has to do with cals in > cals out.

if this isn't happening you won't get bigger.

have you ever tracked your cals to a T for a month? if you can't keep a standard diet then don't expect much to change.
 
I feel you man. I'm 19 5'9 and weigh 150. I was also looking here for some advice on things that'll get me bigger quick, at least to reach my dream weight. Just like you, I was thinking about taking at least just 1 cycle or some other pretty potent pills (since I don't like injections). Everyone has told me I'm too young though.

At your height and weight -- you would be doing yourself a disservice to "cheat" yourself out of maxing out genetic potential, by taking hormones right now.

Had you been training since 14 -- and got to up to 200+ after 4 yrs ---Then ...THEN I (might) say "hey man 4 yrs and 60+ lbs of natural weight gained, you may be ready soon."

But this is far from the case. You can gain weight---TRUST ME---I did it and you know how?

You have to be slight "mental case" meaning obsessive compulsive, no question. If you want it, you put it as your FIRST priority.

Your life is restricted, you can't miss too many meals, cant train "light", cant be a mental pussy and give up.
