Looking for good advise on hgh test use

I think I have done a good amount of research on this subject but would really like to hear some solid advise from people who have .. Been there and done it ...

Quick background. 48 years did no excercise at all ever.
1 year ago weight 220 pounds decided it was time to look after my self

Started running and Atkins diet 6 months lost 25 pounds then started p90x took me 120 days but completed it, with great results ( also ran 6 kilometers 5 times a week ) now weight 185 and feel great!
all good apart from still have fat on stomach OK WHAT NEXT ....not really interested in getting big but do want to stay fit going to start cross training next week as I like cardio

Need advise guys .. Been looking at hgh and test benefits for a guy my age .. No problem with buying this as I live in the Dominican republic and we can buy over the counter also no problem getting blood work done as doctors will check anything. If you pay

Really looking for advise on what levels I should use to get ripped and get all the good side effects ( and minimise any bad ones) I've read about, increased energy levels in ceased sex drive etc etc

Find one u like and start with 2iu's every other night before bed. Recommend Tedting the following hormone levels:
Free unbound testosterone
All 3 estrogens
DHEA

You can do a saliva test cheaply for about $30
Each. Go to zrt labs.
 
Bro, I'm sure your not going to want to hear this; if you want to get "ripped" and want some fuckin bangin abs it all comes down to diet. Like the old sayings go "abs are made in the kitchen" and my favorite "abs are cut with a knife and a fork". Bottom line you can start doing HGH and Test but you are going to be disappointed if the expectation is you will get a 6 or in my case 8 pack with a mediocre diet. This is why most of the guys in your gym have huge arms, traps, chest, back enen legs but they also have a gut that would make Homer Simpson proud.

My suggestion to you is to research a clean diet an start there. I would also get labs done and see if you need test or HGH.another thing to consider is that rarely can we add one compound without the need of other compounds. Most old guys (myself included) have a dr that knows next to nothing about the male hormonal panel and will start you off on test, a few weeks later you are in his office because your nuts are the size of gellybeans and he gives you a script for HCG, then some of us are back because we now have acne and he will give you a script for that. Point is its a major desision that should be made based on many factors. I would suggest a killer diet to address stubborn belly fat.

Complete blood work. It's very possible that you Estogen is high, or at least high relative to your Testosterone. (Belly fat is the hint.)

If that's the case then you may get good results with just an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). It's unlikely, but worth a try, as testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is permanent - but if you need it then testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is a lifesaver. And when you get your T numbers you'll want then at least in the middle if the range.

Big congrats on getting fit at age 48 off a zero base! Fabulous!

In my first post I mentioned I still have fat on my stomach, while this is stubborn and may indicate issues it doesn't overly bother me, I have gone from a 44 inch waist to a 33 inch waist in a year, this from eating 'super clean' and a lot of aerobic exercise.

While doing this and researching dirt and exercise, you can't help but come across a lot of people who advocate the use of HGH and TESTOSTERONE.

As I first stated I'm not looking to become 'big' however i do want to look healthy lean and ripped, I do want to add lean muscle, gain strength, energy, stamina, libido, etc etc

Seems you have already given me my first step .... Complete blood work !!

So far you have recommended I check

1, Unbound testosterone
2' ALL 3 estrogens
3, DHEA

If you can suggest anything else that I should get tested for please advise as Dr here will only test what I ask them to.

Personally I would add IGF 1 and HGH to your list of test.

From one 40 something to another I just wanted to say congratulations on changing your life ! You have taken a monumental step in prolonging your life and your hard work is paying off !!

In reference to your post...

I have done a ton of GEAR in the past...I must say at the time I thought that GEAR (test) was the be all end all. Last October I tore my bicep 21 days before my contest. I was bummed. A doctor friend of mine told me that pharmaceutical grade GH would assist me exponentially with my recovery. He told me that there would be no way for me to do my show...however...I would recover enough that I could compete again in 7 months. I had never done GH before in my life. Well....

I must say that my thoughts on GEAR have changed. If I could go back in time and do it all over again I probably would have just run GH straight through. It is the fountain of youth and within 3 or 4 weeks or so I was recovering faster than ever before.

My suggestion to you ??

GH all the way....2 IU's every night before bedtime for the first 3 weeks then up it to 4 IU's per evening after that.

Your results will be something you have never experienced before.

Lots of great opinions here. I swear by GH. It allowed me to be 246 onstage 7 months after a torn bicep.

Like you, I was never much into sports and exercise. I smoked, drank, and ate what I wanted. I was blessed with a handsome face, Wiley charm, and a naturally thin and muscular body.

When I quit smoking, everything changed... And that fat started hanging out in the middle of my body. I have a family history of diabetes... So, not good.

I started weight training and walking off the fat. It took about a year to lose 30 lbs. It felt good to take back controll over my life. And I still wasn't satisfied... Something was wrong. I saw my doctor, had my t checked. And yes, it was low... But not low enough for the insurance company to pay for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).

Contrary to the hype is steroid "sides," my health has never been better. My doc loves what I'm doing, yet encourages moderation. And I'm rockin' an awesome bod at 50... washboards included!
 
When I came to this forum I really did arrive with an open mind as to what to do
With the advise given I have booked an appointment with my doc for tomorrow to get my blood work done and once I get those results I can make a real informed decision

I have to say getting these tests done in the Dominican republic wasn't as easy as I thought !! Plus I'm English so trying to get doctors to understand what I wanted testing for was quite a challenge ...

However I now have 'some' results back

Testosterone = 523

IGF-1 = 219

HGH = 0.27

DHEA. = 185

Any advise on the above figures at all greatly appreciated, ( also is estrogen test essential that test seems hard to get ??)
 
With test levels like that DO NOT run AAS!

GH is another story, go that route. .8-1.5 iu's 5 ON, 2 OFF is plenty to bring you well above normal range.
 
Hi can I ask why you recommend .8. - 1.5 iu's I have been getting advise to use 2 iu's at first then up it to 4iu's after a month ...... Is that to much ?

Also can I ask why you say DO NOT RUN AAS with my test levels ??
 
Your natural test levels are great. They are amazing at 50!
If you have access to ledgit (properly dosed) HGH you will only need the amount CFM is recommending to achieve the goals you outlined above.
 
I seem to be getting conflicting advise on best time to take hgh ? Much advise is to take at night before bed ... Other advise is your body produces hgh after sleep so take in the day when natural levels are at the lowest ....... Like to hear your thoughts on this

Also the brand of hgh I'm being offered is Hypertropin Anyone ever used this or know anything about it ?
