i am looking for some ideas on good strength gaining and retention cycles.
i have done a few cycles. i am 25, 185, 6ft, 7.5 percent body fat. i have done bulking compounds. test, deca, eq, dbol. i want to build really strong muscle and retain as much as possible. i was thinking along the lines of wini, tren, masteron, test prop. something in the lines of 8 weeks. i have access to pretty much anything. i have heard good things of anavar and primo however they are much more expensive then the other compounds so i am not sure how much better they really are. how many of these compounds can stack together and how much is safe to do. i will prob pick up andromix (50mg test prop, 50 mg masteron, 50 mg tren) is there anything i should add to this like wini or something. just looking to get strong and retain as much as possible. dont want to do something that looses everything in the end.
of couse i will have proper diet and pct

I recommend 4000 cal s a day, test and dbol..deca if you must. 250 plus gram s protien a day. Sleep and recovery.
Compound movements..train like a powrlifter.
Your 25. Patience youngman. Any massive increases in strength in 8 weeks will wash out with cessation of aas. Really.
How long you cycled ?
How long you want to bein good health is the question it would seem to me.
What are your lifting max s on the big three ?

well not all of us are shooting to be giant immobile meat heads. i personally want to stay lean, strong and resilient. i dont want to carry around a bunch of dead weight that is useless to me. plus i need to stay in lower weight classes and maybe most importantly is cardiovascular levels. i would rather be healthy then big. i roll with 260 lb dudes all day and they have more brute strength then me but have no longevity. it takes twice as much oxygen to move all that weight around. im training for all around performance not just brute strength. right now i bench max 305, shrug 495, i dont know what my actual weight is on leg press cause i use machines not bars. on the leg press machine i am doing 450 in sets of 10. don't know what my max is. im not the biggest dude but i don't want to be. so back to the original question. im looking for strength, quality strong muscles. genetically i am a cut and slender person. my people were made to run through the woods and catch animals lol. when i started lifting at 22 i was 145. i worked in construction and outworked every person i came in contact with but was small. now i own two companies building 13th century castles and still outwork everyone. long story short. i have gained 40 lbs in the last 3 years with a couple cycles and very very good work ethic and diet. so if you could just answer the question without unneeded, useless criticism, that would be helpful. thank you.
 
i put in between 8000 and 12000 cal a day on my last cycle. had lots of debates with people about it. had to sit down and prove it to the people. my weight gainer was 2500 cal a serving. plus i ate 7 times a day with snack times. it was almost grose. i have an abnormaly high metabolism and will NEVER get fat. even if i try.

2500? or 250 calories a serving?

Using a gainer now myself - each scoop is 250-266cal, recommended daily intake is 4 scoops for 1050-1060 cal daily to supplement with.


Tren acetate 150mg eod
T-Prop 100-200mg eod will yield good results for your goals imo. Had a friend do that recently, didn't gain much weight but strength exploded while staying shredded.

Ok, OP - I understand your goals. It's totally fine if you don't wanna be HUGE.

With that said, Teutonics advice is still good advice. You can throw in some test+deca+dbol if you want. Deca will allow you to constantly increase your lifts without worrying about pain in your tendons (unlike tren). If you lost your deca gains after the cycle then your diet sucks, your training sucks, your post cycle therapy (pct) sucks, or some combination of those. No other options.

You definitely aren't at a point where you need to stack 3+ injects.

Also, if I understood your post properly - you leg press instead of squat? Squatting is more functional than leg presses. You should consider switching or at least adding squats to routine if they aren't already there. Also, if you haven't already, learn to power clean. Builds pure explosiveness.

glub is right on.... your retention is going to have more to do with your training on and off cycle than it will with the actual compounds themselves. i mean of course different compounds effect your strength differently, and there will be some loss after the blood levels drop again, but overall similar to the effect your training and diet will have on your physique compared to the compounds taken, so will your training dictate what kind of strength gains you see.
 
If stamina is important you might want to lay off the tren.It inhibits a lot of lung capacity and cardiovascular is very difficult.
Test/mast and tbol would be more ideal imo.

so, based on your second post to this board which i have copied below, from almost a year ago, you've grown 1 inch taller, but only gained 10lbs?

ill be 25 in april, 175lbs 5ft11in tall. bf is low, not sure the percentage at this point.


And that was doing a cycle with 8-12K cals a day? Dude, did your mom drop you on your head or something??

btw little fella, heres a couple pointers for you in the future if you want anyone here to take you seriously.

1. No one gives a fuck how much you can lift... but if you're gonna post stats, don't post how much you can shrug. Shrugs? really? Either way, people who post stats to prove something are big fat pussies...

2. I hate to tell you, but you could have gained that 40lbs naturally instead of relying on the drugs to do it... because that is what you did.

3. Lying is not smart when there are old threads proving you lied.

4. 13th century castles are gay, thus anyone who builds them are also gay.

well the weight gainer i drink is called "muscle juice" and its 1040 cal a serving (i was thinking 2500 cause that's the double dose with milk instead of water). i would rock at min 4 doses a day. sometimes more depending. and like i said 7 solid meals. lots of steak and chicken. i actually get free food at restaurants fairly often because they cannot believe how much i can put down. so yeah i added it all up a couple times and hit in the 8000 range and yeah some days even got near 12000. i guess i could video tape it for you guys but its really irrelevant to me. im just here for info. not criticism or disbelief. cause realistically, what difference does it make. i get it though, i know a couple professional body builders and even they are blown away and dont believe till they see it. so yes, i have an abnormal metabolism which is part of the difficulty for me gaining weight in the first place. so that picture was in a cycle i was on a while ago and i had a lot of water on. i had a trainer run calipers on me last week and he said i was 7.5 %. and no i didn't grow an in. i have always been about 5 11.5 and instead of calling the half in i used to just round down but i decided to round up. again doesn't make any difference. anyways thank you to the people that offered help and answers to my inquiries, as for the people that do the typical running around and talking smack on everyone's thread instead of trying to accomplish something constructive, well thank you for waisting everyone's time.

i was asked, thats the only reason i wrote my lifts, honestly im not sure what the big three are so i just threw in a couple of the lifts i know of for myself. its not like its very much weight and i know this so its not like i was trying to brag, i simply answer a question. which it turns out is the point of all this.
 
really. my work. well lets see, built and own a successful company. what exactly do you aspire to. im really curious of your accomplishments in LIFE.

In the 198 pound classs ( I was 195..)
I squatted 605
Deadlifted 635
Benched 360 w a pause.


It s diet, training, recovery, genetics and aas to make it to the left level.

Slow down you before you hurt yourself youngman.

Test and an oral is all you need as a 19 nor could cause problem s..but then ya ll like milk in your tea eh ?
