hey bros, been lifting heavy for about 5 years, low reps. Also, did a couple cycles of test/decca, so i'm pretty thick, but not cutt. just curious besides uping my cardio if changing my lifting to high reps lower weights will change my body comp. if so, what do you think is a good rep range for getting more cutt. oh, i'm 5'9, 210lbs, approx 14%bf, 35 years old(old man)Thanks!
