Ok, I'm 32 years old. 6' 250 lbs 33% BF. I work out 3-5 times a week, usually 30 mins of incline cardio and then 2 hours of weight.

BP 315
Squat 350
DL 505

I'm looking into starting a cycle of Test E, maybe a stacked cycle after of all goes well. I've never tried any kind of steroids, just the basic stack of PreWorkout, BCAAS, Glutamine and Protein. Any advice on how to take my first cycle? Any tips will be awesome. Yes I'm a newbie here and I'm just looking for some advice, save the roasting. Thanks!
 
Best advice would be to read the beginner cycle stickys and then come back with any questions you may have.
 
Listen to these guys and read the sticky threads as told to you.

33% BF get real you have no idea what hell. you cannot cycle at 33%. AND better yet why.

Look. This is Ology--the study of---steroids AND the feedback u got was cautionary. It can be a tough audience but it s cuz we basically crush those not in the know and those not in the know who run reckless cycle s get drop kicked.

I m a power lifter at Heart...a 198 in college..that s y 49 er and I are tight ( and he s f n hot ).
U got good lift s !!!!
W AAS u ll see yourself get stronger every week after say 1 month..it s awesome.
At your age you still have natural test production so we preach cycling, PCT ing, laying off ON time plus PCT time repeat.
33 point s is a wee bit much as a test cycle, a must for beginner s will involve water ret. ( which is how dis shiieet works b t w ) and issue s like blood pressure and gyno ( bitch tittus maximus making ur own coffee creamer etc ) MUST come s into consideration so you have to score some arom inhibitor s to counter these issue s..Aromsine for instance.
Then there s hcg..if you care about nut size ( I do NOT ) AND LH FH FOLLICLE STIMULATION FULL RECOVERY ETC.

So please come around, do a wee bit of research focusing on
Test E or C for 12 -16 weeks at 500 mg a week . With-
An ai
With hcg
W a PCT plan in place.

15% bodyfat or lower to cycle, your not ready op, diet up.
 
Try to cut down your Bodyfat a bit first you'll get more out of your gear on a bulking cycle
Also look at your diet prior to starting anything check out 3j for that :)
 
look man, youre not a teenager.. youre gonna run what you want to run.. at 33 percent bodyfat there is little to no reason to run a cycle imo.. youre just going to experience high estrogen and bad sides and not get much out of it..

also, you got yourself to 33 percent because of a poor diet.. there is no denying that.. steroids are not magic compounds that defy the laws of physics.. they only enhance what your nutrition and training will do for you..
