Looking for some help with my cycle open to any info Thanks alot!!!

I just picked up some liquid anadrol 50. I have been doing reasearch for a week now and have seen a million things. I want to get a basis of what to do before starting.
heres what I was thinking.
50mg anadrol twice a day
Some type of test like sustanan

Would that be good enough to make gains and keep them after cycling off.

Also I was gonna use novadex by gaspari as a post cycle therapy (pct) is that ok??

I also read about stacking deca with this stuff also.

and last How long would I need to take all of these. I was gonna run drol 4 6 weeks but i dont know about the test?

You really should have a few more years of serious/dedicated training under your belt before even considering steroids.

Use that time to perfect your diet, training and educate yourself about all aspects of steroids.

Anadrol for a first cycle is not the best idea in the world and a little research would have shown you that.

As far as traning goes I recently started to train with a guy who has been training for 20 years and i have learned alot in the past3 months. but with diet Im still lost. I understand eating clean but how much is what I dont know. Everything you read tells you something different. Right now Im taking kre-alkalyn creatine and no black. Fish-oil and cla whey protien and casien protien.
My diet is 2500 cals a day with a 50-30-20 ratio for adding muscle and maintaining fat levels. What do ya think?
 
i think you are headed in the right direction. keeping learning about lifting and eating and consider anabolics in a few years.

the only thing that sux is now im stuck with this bottle of stuff becuz im dum and jumped t the chance to buy it before I properly researched this stuff. thanks alot for the help before I did something dum

If you go against the advice of the people here DO NOT take 100mg of adrol per day.

A couple of things to look into:

Are you eating the right things at the RIGHT times?

Are you gaining, maintaining, or losing weight at 2500 cals? It is a good idea to figure out how to keep eating clean while raising that number, because you are going to want more calories even when you decide to start your cycle. How much water are you getting a day? How much sleep?

Getting the results you want is like a four legged chair. If you are missing one of the legs, its not going to work right.

ok in the begenning of winter i was gonna try and bulk up. I have gone as high as 3500 cals a day and I still did not gain any weight. I mainly stay 160-165. i use to be 210 lbs of fat about a year ago before i started training. but my mac ratio is a 50-30-20 carbs pro fat. my nutrition is pretty much spot on with the way this sight has it layed out. Infact I was very suprised to see how close I am. its cool. as far as as water i drink atleast 64 ounces a day and sleep i get 8-9 hours a night easy. my bf is 8.8%. This week im gonna take my bf% again on saturday. that will be 2 weeks after my last. Ok here is a major question of mine. When I am bulking up should I be gaining weight on the scale?? cuz I am trying to stay as lean as possible. again thanks
