First I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this post and welcome all comments & suggestions on my questions below…

After reading the new member/first time user/noobie information found on this forum and others on the net, I pose some questions and concerns on gear, frequency of injection, length of cycle & amount to use/inject.

If I am posting in the wrong thread, please move accordingly...

The gear I have so far...
2 (10ml) bottles of Optimus Pharmaceuticas Enanthate 300mg
50 tabs of British Dragon Winnys 50mg

Been working out on and off for years, back in the gym now for a few months and looking to gain some bulk during this winter and then trim down to a lean frame before the summer. Yeah just like everyone else, i suppose...

My current vitals are:
Age: 35
Height: 5’ 5”
WGT: 156
BF (apx.): 22%

Was weighing in at 170, lost lots of body fat. Been sitting at 155-157 for a little bit now, but losing the BF. I am thinking of holding onto the winnys for a 2nd cycle to cut up.

Looking for comments & suggestion on a first time bulk cycle with the gear that I have. Mainly...

Length (how many weeks)?
How much per injection?
How often to inject with Enanthate 300?
Should I just use Enanthate alone or stack with something else.

I have seen suggestions ranging all over the place and this is my concern. What is a reasonable bulk cycle for my age, height & weight?

Injecting once per week would be fine.

Save the Winstrol (winny) for cycle #2. Test/winny would be an ideal cutter. You currently have all you need (except maybe Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and definitely clomid/nolva) on hand for your first two cycles.
 
Like the guy above me said, I dunno, 12 weeks would be ok for eth as well. You could go 10 weeks and take the Winstrol (winny) on the last week of eth and run for a few more weeks to shred up?
 
Keep in mind as well that it's generally not a good idea to start a cycle/gear with a body fat percentage above 15%...IMO especially a bulking cycle. I would get down to around 15% so you can enjoy your cycle, see your gains, and be afforded the oppurtunity to EAT a bulking diet without worries. I would keep dieting (high protein/low carb) until your BF is much lower.
If you haven't tried it, throw in some ECA to help accelerate the fat loss.
Don't even bother with the Winstrol (winny) until you have a low BF rating. That's more of pre-contest compound for hardening and detailing the muscles you can already see.
